Itâs ok to keep playing the game. But even people who messed up (like Morhaime) arenât even denying what took place. And thereâs a reason Afrasiabi left in secret.
Iâm taking a long break from WoW, because of the last two expacs, and continual controversies that they handle with the grace of Wile E. Coyote.
But itâs been hilarious to see people use both that this happens everywhere and these are just disgruntled ex-employees lying. When it canât be both.
Do what works for you as far as continuing to play. But also push for changes within Blizz, the gaming industry and every other industry where this runs rampant.

Itâs not only harassment. Itâs job opportunities, and equal pay for the same work. Apparently from the legal documents reviewed in front of me on a lawyers u-tube link, the primary focus seems to be around massive pay differences and well, going into work drunk never turns out good for anyone.
The frat boy behavior can be written off to a few members being jerks. However if they can prove that the Blizzard system is set up to treat the genders and races differently then the state of California has a really good case.
That coupled with Blizzard public statement that basically aimed a gun at their own foot.
The title of the post is literally, âStop Listening to Ex Employeesâ. Hey OP, there is a reason why these ex employees left, it might be a long shot, but one of their reasons could be from the same allegations that the state is currently suing Blizzard for. Just a guess though. 
Not disagreeing. But the tweets I have seen seem to focus on the frat boy culture not the pay.
I hope they clean house properly, not another Band-Aid fix.

And if you look lots of people are actually against some of the comments made by ex employees.
Lastly. Some ex employees actually made complains if you read their statements. Then they got ignored, covered up and black balled. So they left. I am sure they did their best and thatâs probably why there has been a 3 year investigation.
