This whole Classic+ ordeal reminds me of “You think you do, but you don’t.” Now Classic isn’t good enough, people want more and differing content. This will inevitably come with balance changes due to new gear amongst other requests and “hotfixes” I’ve seen tossed around. Then there’s the TBC people who wish to go on to TBC. Just be happy after all these years Classic is here.
Your initial stance was no changes, then I explained that I did not want to change the classic time capsule, now you have a problem with a wow 2. I think you’re losing your mind over this because you don’t want players leaving the classic servers. I can’t believe I’m communicating with an adult who has a 6 year old child, talking to people the way you do is unacceptable and childish.
I’m not anxious for TBC. I AM happy that Classic is here, I’m going to take my time and thoroughly enjoy it. That being said, the people who insist that more content is needed after x amount of time or the game will die are simply trying to push an agenda. It’s being used as an excuse.
I would be totally happy if Classic was all we ever got, however, if I have to choose between TBC/Wrath and the garbage Classic+ idea… I choose the expansions. Those are guaranteed to make blizzard a crap ton of money just like Classic did… Classic+ will not

Let’s use our big boy brain here… You have to change Classic! And then, because changes happen, everyone starts screaming for THEIR way to happen. Like now. One change leads to another. Hey, if that guy can have that thing, why can’t I? Now. Let’s go over why Classic+ cannot happen. Because to change enough about the game would turn it into WoW 2.0. And guess what isn’t happening? If what you mean is make Retail more like Classic then i think is not a good idea.
Classic and Retail are two different games, that likes to different kind of players.
Retail will never be like Classic. And if we continue to TBC, the style of Classic will be start to get lost.
Make a Classic + will be the best option IMHO. But i don’t know yet if would be posible from a commercial point of view.
