Just generally shouting “the game is bad!!” Accomplishes nothing.
What is bad? Rep grinds? A certain system? PvP? Nerfs? Buffs?
Even if Blizzard read these forums, they’d need a bit more to go on than “This game is trash!” It’s pretty vague

They’re talking about the slash and burn approach to new game content.
Unless it exists to maximize the amount of time you spend interacting with existing content (IE: Mythic+, Artifact Power grinds) well don’t fear if you were at risk of liking it because it’s being removed at the end of the expansion. See lots of potential? Well that’s OK because we don’t care, it’s going out the window.

Just so many players are AFK in their personal space, and the world is empty. Garrisons are housing, and Blizzard concluded what I just mentioned, so there probably won’t be another forlay into it again.

It would actually be nice if blizz took a break from the expansion release cycle and just focused on adding features, improving graphics, and making the game more immersive
Just because you don’t enjoy the game anymore doesn’t mean that other people don’t. You’re more than welcome to pretend BfA was the last expansion and go play something else.

For the past 16 years we’ve had the same, tired, old dynamic on this forum: (1) Some players shriek like spoiled little kids for a change to the game; (2) the devs obligingly make the change; (3) other players shriek like spoiled little kids that the change is bad. The player base is diverse enough that anything one player will want, will make some other player scream bloody murder. After more than a decade and a half of that nonsense on this forum I’m sure the devs are now only smiling indulgently and waiting to go off shift so they can hit the sauce. I wouldn’t blame them for completely disregarding the forum and treating it like one big soiled diaper for the punkins.

I got a solution for you OP, and this goes for literally anyone who doesn’t enjoy the direction gaming in general or a particular game is heading. If the game you envision does not exist, create it.
I’m sure the perfect game that sits in your head will be so much better and more popular than wow is… or maybe you’re living in a bubble and can’t see passed your own biases.
Now you’re just reaching for anything. You don’t like the game that is apparent. Don’t play it and move on to something else. Being negative and toxic on a general forum does nothing. No matter what Blizzard does they won’t please everyone. This is the direction of the game that they want. They don’t force you to play.
I think the Garrisons, shipyards and island expeditions should be their on expansion. Players able to build homes and ships (or maybe even pre-built if it’s easier) and have your own uninstanced land similar to how Ultima Online was.
People would be able to actually sail and do island expeditions in the way that people used to travel to dungeons. More outdoor raids, and uncharted zones etc.
An entire expansion dedicated to exploration and housing could still include leveling and raids just in a different way.
It would be a perfect way to bring back the community element of the game and stop making us “Champions” and “Heroes”.
Also, I think there needs to be incentive for Blizzard so I wouldn’t mind them adding extra things to the cash shop. I wouldn’t be able to stop them anyways.

Also Warcraft 4’s ship has sailed along time ago. Blizzard has no real interest in that or else we would of gotten that over Warcraft 3 reforged.

I like the idea of going back to faction war. Now it maybe an unpopular idea but what if battle grounds were revamped to be the contested zones with you might be able to bring world pvp back with that. Might be away to keep some areas relevant

I disagree, they can still produce content and I would be much happier with Ion gone because I personally believe his leadership is what has caused so many headaches the last few years. I was critical of Ghost Crawler too, but after seeing what Ion has done Ghostcrawler is missed! I would gladly take his leadership any day over Ion!
