Still no drake here either. I am participating in the one they started today, I already have the hatchling so I know it won’t show as I already have it but I am curious on the mount. I am worried just like the drake it will not show up. I am keeping my fingers crossed but I have no reason to even be hopeful. I had no issues getting the kite, everything is connected. So we shall see.
Same here, had had no problems with the kite, but tried to claim the Feldrake and it never arrived. Disconnected/reconnected Battle.net to Twitch several times during the promotion window and nothing.
Disconnected again and got the Hatchling to show up today, but no Feldrake still.

I was playing during launch while watching Asmongold, so I was there during the whole server lagging and DCs fiasco.
I also claimed the mount as soon as it was available since I was watching a stream from minute 0. Claimed it in the first 4 hours of the xpac while the servers were still having issues.
My twitch and battle net accounts are correctly connected.
However, I still didn’t get my mount. I think it’s a well educated guess to assume that this problem is likely on Blizzard’s end, and is related to the Dragonflight launch’s server issues.
Frankly Blizz CS saying they are aware of it but not saying they are working on it doesn’t sound good to me. It sounds bad.
To me it sounds that they are aware but are not working on it and maybe never will. Frankly I’d rather they just tell us they are NOT working on it if that’s the case, instead of barely giving us any info and not saying whether they will work on it or not.
I’m enjoying Dragonflight but this definitely sours the overall sweet taste of this expansion up to now. They just say they’re aware and give no ETA on a fix, and don’t even mention if they’re working or plan to work on a fix.
As a customer it disappoints me, that’s all. And I am entitled to complain. If and when they reply, as a customer, I want an objective reply of whether they intend to work on it or not so I can move on.
This vagueness leaving things up for interpretation and dragging on people’s hopes, expectations and emotions/thoughts over this mount is annoying and is +1 reason on my list of reasons to cancel my sub.
The second I find playing WoW boring or Blizz continues to screw up on their end and they don’t even give me a good reply when my experience and those of many others are harmed due to a bug that leaves us out of a cool reward I’m likely to unsub.
I love the game but when my experience is harmed on a personal level and I feel like they’re leaving me out to dry it bums me out.
I’d like a better response and better actions from CS/Blizz team in the future, but I don’t really expect it from Blizzard at this point.
I quit for the entirety of Shadowlands, come back happy and they already screw me like that, feelsbadman.

Just like all the rest I have yet to see the feldrake I earned. Opened a ticket to only have it closed with not response along with another ticket for a completely different issue. The link they were sending out in the customer support thread is apparently ‘under maintenance’ . Everything is linked on my account, earned the kite, currently working on the new stuff that started yesterday… I guess we’ll see what happens.

Still no drake 
8+ days now. got a response from my ticket and basically gave the whole talk of how to claim, and pretty much didnt even read my ticket. So I’m going to response with screenshots…
My family who have gotten their drakes are in the process of earning the latest twitch drops and we’ll find out how quickly they get theirs.

same issue here. i got all the previous drops with no problem, but still no feldrake despite claiming it right away once it was available. twitch shows that I’ve claimed it, but i don’t have it in game.
i also got the pet from today’s drop almost instantly. like, within 15-20 seconds of claiming it. so yes, i did connect my bnet and twitch accounts 
I just got the windsteed mount, but still, no fel drake.

Same issue (no drake). I got the pet drops, and already have the windsteed mount. Tried disconnecting, waiting several days, and reconnecting, but the drake mount did not show up. The cenarion pet showed up today though after reconnecting my account and watching the 4 hours, so that at least worked.
Oh look, the hatchling came through just fine.

Just got the Windsteed no problem. Pretty much instant redemption.
But the Fel Drake is still MIA.

I have been waiting for the Fel Drake to show up in game since the first night they started the mount promotion - the very same night the world servers kept going down. I fear that this somehow has sent my mount off into the nether.
I put a ticket into Blizz - who promptly just shut it down with a “read these instead” kind of response.
I put a ticket into Twitch, who confirmed for me that the mount was claimed and that it is now up to Blizz to check on their side as to why the mount has not yet been delivered almost 2 weeks later.
I know many people who did not get their mount, who DID have the correct accounts connected and who DID claim the mount properly.
Bizzard really needs to step up and fix this. I did everything properly and should receive the drop. I had no issues with the previous Kite drop, getting it almost immediately. So I don’t understand what happened here. I’ve paid my sub for over 15 years - and think some kind of response or address should be made. All I’m getting at this point is both sides pointing their fingers at the other and me in the middle with nothing.

I’m in the same boat as you.
Clearly it’s not any issue they gave in their automated reply since the current drops got claimed instantly and correctly by doing the exact same thing.
Shame this is blizzard CS now.

So, they just shared an update with us that only says they’re still investigating and that there are no other updates besides that.
They just say they’re investigating and that there’s no ETA for a fix, only implying a fix.
I’d like a crystal clear response on whether they plan to fix it in the future or not.

Very disappointing. It’s been over 11 days.
So the hatchling showed up within 15 minutes… so that proved that everything was connected CORRECTLY and watched another 4 hours… the mount… just redeemed maybe 15/20 min ago. So far no mount. Lets see if the pretty mount appeared.
I love that they just auto resolve any Ticket put in about this with little to no communication what so ever. Oh here is a list of crap that won’t work because you’ve tried it already so good luck! What a joke.
10 days later and without putting in a ticket, my feldrake arrived.

Mine just showed up randomly not to long ago, at max 10-15 mins while in a mythic.
