Still no Fel Drake

Hi,
Any help is great. So I placed a ticket with Blizz and they straight up brushed me off basically saying go to forums, pretty awful of them. I completed the 4 hours successfully and i received the drop ticket from my Twitch account for the Fel Drake but I cant seem to find the mount anywhere in my mounts Tab. My Twitch is connected to my Battle.Net account and both ends are connected. Its been over 24 ours and still no mount. Any suggestions? I will say this i have 4 different game accounts under my Battle.net account but only 1 is active, others have been inactive for long time.

Having the same issue as well. Its been 3 days so far no mount or anything has shown up. I got the drake kite pet no issue, instant but this time trying for the feldrake mount nothing. I also put in a submit ticket as well hopefully something good will come out of this long wait.

Exact same thing happened to me as well. Had no problem with the pet but the mount has still not shown up. Pretty annoying because customer service hasn’t helped at all.

Make a new twitch acc and rewatch for the mount. Attach that acc to your wow acc. You’re going to miss out if you don’t do this.

did that doesn’t work , at least for me. 4 days still no fel drake this is a joke million dollar company can’t get one twitch drop to work kinda sad. I’m at 4 days now

Same here, 4 days and still no mount. Yet they had no issue getting the kite to me

I completed and claimed my Feldrake on the 28th and nothing has shown up. The dragon kite pet took 5 mins to get. I hope we don’t get screwed out of a mount.

Anyone have any luck? Been 5 days and still waiting for my baby boy Feldrake mount,
wish Blizz could figure it out soon.

im having the same issue 6 days so far made a ticket got a automated response sending me here then they checked it off saying it was resolved when its not i feel scammed and like i wasted my time

Same here. Got the pet no problem but no feldrake

Got both pet drops with in 5 mins of claiming. I’m almost at a week from when I claimed the mount still not showing up in mount collection.

Same here, but i dont see either the dragon kite pet or the mount… i think this whole event is just a sham to hype up the Dragonflight expansion.

I raised a ticket and i get ticket flagged as resolved without explanation.

This makes me think the next drop is going to be fake as well

Day 7 for me also with no mount. I disconnected and reconnected my same account so maybe I’ll get it soon.

im so upset i dont get what i did wrong i watched the 4 hours of stream my wow account is connected to my twitch i claimed the pet without problem claimed the feldrake but yet in game i have not recieved the feldrake

Sadly this has been the case for many including myself, got the pet no issue, but no mount

10 days and counting, Well both Twitch and developer have the same issue there’s no resolution to this and I think the program is a joke and waste of time. Both are just passing the ball around, alot of ppl complaining in the forums so who ever made that program to collab is a flop and should know this.

I received the kite pet, but not the fel drake.

Now I received the cenarion hatchling, wich means my account IS properly linked, but no fel drake yet…
