Still Haven’t Received Feldrake

Blizz CS replied us a few hours ago saying they’re still investigating reports and there’s no other info besides that.

I’m not happy as I didn’t receive the Feldrake and the fact they just say “investigating but no ETA on a fix” makes me upset.

I’d like them to clearly say whether they intend to fix it or not, instead of saying there’s no estimated time for a fix. That’s quite vague in my opinion.

I’m quite disappointed. It’s been over 11 days.
