has anybody else still not received their twitch drop feldrake? i claimed it nine days ago and still nothing. i just received the cenarion hatchling and swift windsteed no problem, so connection isn’t an issue. i know opening a ticket won’t do anything. i just don’t know what to do
That FOMO though. I guess you didn’t jump through the hoops correctly. I got mine instantly as i did with all the other twitch drops
Guess you should have bought that card for $3000 instead.
They’ve already said they know alot of people haven’t received it after doing everything correctly and are looking into it.
I’m not holding out any hope that we’ll get it though

Blizz CS replied us a few hours ago saying they’re still investigating reports and there’s no other info besides that.
I’m not happy as I didn’t receive the Feldrake and the fact they just say “investigating but no ETA on a fix” makes me upset.
I’d like them to clearly say whether they intend to fix it or not, instead of saying there’s no estimated time for a fix. That’s quite vague in my opinion.
I’m quite disappointed. It’s been over 11 days.

Just received my Feldrake as did some others. Check your mount collections, there’s a chance you received yours too.
