Where did the Winter Queen state that Elune is from the Shadowlands?
This has nothing to do with Her being called a “true deity.” She’s never been put on equal footing with Titans. Ever.

That really wasn’t Anduin who took out the Archon since he was under control of the Jailer. Anduin was basically a weapon specially crafted by the Jailer specifically to take out the Archon. The Winter Queen was able to resurrect Ysera with just a fraction of her power. I think the Warcraft universe is just one where gods are not all powerful beings, but are more like very powerful entities in particular domains.

their sisters its implied just like it was implied the winterqueen was talking about elune when she saw ysera’s wild seed. look its not hard to figure this out blizzard quite litterally once you understand how they write their story .

There is no evidence of this yet. Eonar created Ysera. The Winter Queen has never once said “Elune is my sister.”

Possibly. But the Pillars of Creation are Titan made objects. For all we know, Eonar could’ve created the Tears of Elune and that’s the “sister” reference. We’ll have to wait and see how much more stupid writing they do.

Blizzard has a real problem with making everything too connected. I mean, the way they write everything, it would be as if everyone on Earth was literal first cousins with each other, that’s how close everything tends to be in the Warcraft universe.

Honestly I had assumed that Elune and WQ were sister already, do to the Ysera quest chain. I assumed that Ysera was one of Elunes, and the WQ say something about this one belonging to her sister.

Her being “a true deity” never really meant anything though. She had worshipers just like the others and seemed to be fairly low on the power scale. I know we have had this conversation before, but she seems more like a titan watcher power level.

Look at NE’s in Warcraft 3. Insanely aggressive, warlike, powerful forest elves that are now basically beat up by kobolds lol.

Polytheistic gods are still true gods if they exist as gods. The idea that she’s equivalent to the christian god is some weird headcanon that I blame on being too close to the pseudochristian races and people overreacting to Velen speculating on the nature of Elune in Cata.
