We haven’t fought a Void Lord by the modern definition. We’ve fought things called “Void Lords”, but the “Void Lords” are supposed to be bigger and badder than Sargerus, so… We haven’t fought an actual Void Lord, because there’d have been a bigger deal than “pretty sure”.

WoW is not going to be monotheistic imo; they’ve already laid the groundwork for an inherently Gnostic cosmology, a primordial duality.
Elune I genuinely believe is going to be a True Deity. I do not think Blizzard will be so reckless as to add someone above Elune. It’s unnecessary to the narrative. Elune is a First One and First Ones are Creator Deities.

This is why I think they’ll do a Gnostic Universe; keeps Chronicles true while filling in the gaps between Things Existing and Amanthul Wakes Up.

Magic occupies similar spheres as per the cosmology of Warcraft. The Tear of Elune is an incredibly powerful relic that is certainly divine in nature, but that doesn’t mean it’s the same power or has the same origins. The Tear was also used to utterly corrupt Ysera, that doesn’t mean Elune created her, or is related to the Nightmare.

the only way to open was to bring it to a naaru of the same blood light as the mother. They make it clear in the quest

Elune creating the Naaru makes her the creator deity of the Naaru specifically! The Titans(Living Planets) could still outrank her!
Her power level could be on the level of the Strongest of Old Gods. All we know of normal Naaru is that they could level mountains which doesn’t say much considering the Hammer of Khaz’goroth is on that level as well.
Nah, Elune is above the Titans. Titans are just “Pantheon of Order”

Being above the Titans still doesn’t necessarily mean absolute power as the Void Lords don’t have absolute power despite seemingly being above the Titans.
All we know of Elune and other True Gods is that they are “above the Titans” which doesn’t say much.
Void Lords belong to one Cosmic Power.
Elune so far is involved in Arcane/Titans/Order, Nature/Life, Light/Naaru, Shadow/Night Warrior, and Death/Ardenweald
Titans are small fry. Sargeras will have a role to play later definitely, as the Sauron of WoW. Maybe Eonar will somehow be connected and know about the Dream Mother. But otherwise it’s a wrap.
More lore, more nuanced and complex universe. We have surpassed the need for Titan centrality in the lore.

I mean, that’s still debatable and continent on whether you believe Accolon DM claiming a monotheistic universe, which I whole heartedly reject the WoW Writing Team would actually do. It’d be so dumb.

Accolons DM Theory is a Clockmaker True Creator God who created the First Ones.

Before Light and Void is part of that theory.
IMO the Light and Void part of the Chronicles Genesis is gesturing to a Gnostic Cosmology (read my reddit thread for more explanation if you want) and Elune and the other First Ones came from that conflict. They’re Creator Beings from that Gnostic root.
