(Spoilers) Ardenweald, Tyrande, Elune and Sylvanas

Yeah I’m actually disappointed and annoyed the Painsmith fight is just Garrosh with zero Alliance characters

And Nerzhul is a boss but not Arthas

:upside_down_face: Because god forbid they reveal it wasn’t just Garrosh in Revendreth, but Daelin or someone too, and both were sent to the Maw by Denathrius

I have to apologize in advance. I’ve seen your bowl analogy in passing and I think what you are saying is close to what I am saying, but I am not sure I recall it accurately enough to say with 100% certainty. I will try though to respond.

I am not suggesting there aren’t a large amount of pieces broken from your bowl.

I am saying that with the largest bowl, you will ultimately have the most amount of pieces broken off through conflict which has to occur in a story. Others cannot, because they simply don’t have a large enough bowl.

Similarly, in a multiplayer video game, it is not sustainable to have one group have a much larger bowl. It’s (partly) why a lot of people are upset by the imbalance of Horde to Alliance players.

Lastly, even cracked, broken, and dirty, currently the Night Elf bowl still contains more volume than many other bowls.

Except for the human bowl. That one is massive.

(Crazy scream)
Stop! It takes a long time to break our bowl, then to repair it for a long time and you will moan, because your bowls are not used so often! And we’ll be guilty again!
Screaming, laughing and chattering teeth!

I’m not suggesting repairing it.

Why do you need/deserve/get a bowl that is larger than everyone else?

Why would that be good for a video game where people get to choose between bowls?

Why would it be unfair for your bowl to be closer to equal to other bowls?

Because new pieces will be attached to your bowls. At some point they will become equal and then the song will begin.

This is why we shouldn’t store our lore in bowls, when nice plastic containers work just as well. Or better yet, small wooden boxes.

Let this be a lesson, people! Store your lore properly, or it gets broken.

How about tin boxes?

Tyrande losing to Sylvanas is what is going to keep me from resubbing. Well done Blizzard, you never fail to impress, unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.

Ooo i knew Lillian’s dad would came back into play somehow… interesting.

Remember Nathanos’s escape.
Hint: it was not appreciated.

It’s implied she won the Ardenweald fight.
She just doesn’t stop the Jailer, Tyrande’s victory is in the cinematic.

We all agree Tyrande wins. She just gets borked by her Night Warrior powers because she expends too much energy.

I don’t understand. Granted, cutscenes and cinematics are missing.

But it looks like the PC kills the minions from the Maw and Sylvanas is forced to flee (after a fight with Tyrande). Then Tyrande is sent to nap time to recover. Tyrande doesn’t seem to lose anything.

Then something happens with the Winter Queen which apparently ended up with the sigil being lost but I honestly couldn’t tell. That part seems oddly handled, but whatever.

It also wouldn’t make a lot of sense if Tyrande killed her there since Sylvanas is a raid boss.

I’m just a little confused about what the expectations here were.

So, what, she’s supposed to murder the second biggest villain in Shadowlands by herself outside of a raid and without player help? Is it either that or bust?

Normally I’d say that they want tyrande not to be there but I know they’d be upset about that as well

You can give this victory to the people, they also suffered from the Jailer.
Stop. It is necessary to calculate who lost what because of the Jailer. Yes, count first.

I don’t know how to count! Okay.

My understanding was that Tyrande only survives the encounter with Sylvanas because of Ysera and the PC. Going on the context clues of Sylvanas being forced to flee, while Tyrande collapses.

Regardless, it’s just all the same hollow promises from Blizzard. They always find a way to hide Night Elf Victories off-screen, and that’s only when they bother letting them win at all.

You do realize that the missing content is actually a cinematic that portrays the battle in that gap right? Its not that its “off screen”, its that its not in game yet.

Just shows you actually didnt see the quest, Tyrande fights her way threw the mawsworn and kills all of them forcing Sylvanas to leave, and yresa puts Tyrande to sleep cause her rage and night warrior powers are killing her

LOL A CINEMATIC THAT IS LOCKED IS OFF SCREEN

We’ll see. I have no reason to be hopeful at this point.
