[SPOILER] Is Baine key to Redemption for the Horde?

I considered drinking alcohol when reading this post.

In all honesty, this post made me think if Baine was the Horde only way to go back to the way the Horde was then I rather be seen as evil then being “redeem” under leadership a truly inconsistent character.

Don’t thank them yet. The alliance might be too slow in killing the foxes, and then we might be saddled with them.

Its too late.
This whole horde is infected.

It must be purged.

Alliance don’t have the guts to kill vulpera. They burn down their wagons, they tie them up, or they scare them off, but killing them outright?

Too much moral gray for Alliance, man. Too much.

To be honest, with the forsaken and sylvanas’ track record. I wouldn’t urinate on the undercity if it were on fire. I will say this again, I truly hope the alliance enjoy’s having that awful place back. I look forward to seeing what they are going pave over it with.

Well there is a solution. Send a mail to all the forsaken telling them their dark lady needs vulpera for experiments and fine furs to keep the troops warm.

Add a for the dark lady to the bottom of the note, and attach 200 dollar gift cards to spencer’s and hot topic, and the problem should solve itself. Also let them know that the undead with the most kills gets a lifetime supply of krokodil.

I MIGHT be up for that if I weren’t in favor of playable vulpera.

Besides, whining about furries infecting the game is about as pointless as whining about high elves turning the game into World of Elfcraft. We’ve crossed the boundaries with worgen and pandaren.

That’s a different matter altogether but I think anyone who has any justifiable reason for feeling resentment towards Gilneas are the living refugees who sat outside the wall begging to come in and then either being killed by Forsaken or whatever else lurked in Silverpine.

You’re forgetting the fact that Gilneas was under a self-imposed Quarantine while they were combatting a plague of their own.

They were trying to PROTECT the refugees from subcoming to their curse.
The Attack from the Forsaken was unfortunate and unforeseen but at the time, it was the least evil thing they could do and let the refugees fend for themselves.

I’d say it kinda has, it’s been given more than enough callbacks as being compared to Teldrassil on level of tragedy. It’s mostly been said by Genn, who may or may not have a bias for that, but he’s said it on numerous occasions to highlight why he won’t abandon helping the Night Elves. It was even called back as a reason the Night Elves let the Gilneans evacuate Teldrassil first as it was burning down, because if they didn’t then the Gilneans would be largely extinct.

The only problem I can think of as a reason for why nobody cares is simply because Worgen players are the only ones that can experience Gilneas’s fall in contrast to War of the Thorns where every player can participate. But the SF here use enough meta knowledge for arguments to know that both were equally bad things Sylvanas committed, which is why it confuses me why anyone here who thinks Sylvanas is beyond redemption didn’t think that way when she made a mass murder attempt as early as 2010 without a single feeling of remorse about it.

I already felt that way about her and her people. From vanilla where she was experimenting on kidnapping victims from both factions, even to Cataclysm. The one good thing garrosh could have done was trash her and her forsaken.

Nazgrim was an error? Dear N’zoth this has to be a joke and it we have to correct mistake, then Genn or Jaina has to die for ordering to kill Rastakhan instead of the screecher in Orgrimmar with her OP ship

Pff please, if ir’s about correcting “evul” on the Horde, I’m afraid the Orcs are more than worthy of the chopping block themselves. For one Gorgonna there are a several Krennas. Don’t be so hasty to put the bulk of the blame on only the races you dislike, cause lorewise your favs have proven themselves quite unworthy.

Nazgrim was an error. But he was corrected with honor and took his correction honorably. And why would Rastakhan’s death matter? He was told to surrender and didn’t. He fought and died with honor to. And this whole thing would not have happened if a certain lich queen did not decide to take the vehicle that is the Horde on a giant genocidal drive.

After everything including the ridiculous-ness that is teldrassil. Nothing the alliance can do to the horde at this rate outside becoming mustache twirling super-villains like sylvanas, could ever really match what the Horde has now done in dishonor. The alliance has practically a complete karmic carte blanche to do whatever now.

This is why playing horde honestly hurts right now. We have no choice but to follow the idiotic schemes of sylvanas and get more villain batting. The writers have hosed us so now all we have is purples. And no faction pride.

Didn’t I just say that we went on a giant “correcting spree” at the tail end of MoP? Further more, extreme amounts of corrections were applied to the Iron Horde when they went to follow Garrosh’s example.

You are right when you say that orcs are worthy of the chopping block at times. They get chopped to. But the forsaken are far, far, worse than the orcs are.

Not really, but you did give me a good idea though.

How effective would forsaken be as dam building material?

Not very, we’re porous like everyone else except the Dwarves.

What about if you were finely ground and made into blocks?

That applies to everything though.

At that point you might as well just make the orcs into blocks. We already found out that make perfectly fine Abomination materials.

I’m still mildly upset that the scenario where we slaughter all the Kor’kron in Undercity didn’t make it into the game, though even when timewalking seeing the mutilated overseer in the back of the Apothecarium brings a small smile to my face.

Oh those were the days…

Dude, by feats and actual self policing alone both Orcs AND Forsaken are waaay more deserving candidates for the chopping block than Goblins and Belves. So it comes as hilarious and hypocritical when you go on a diatribe about muh Honor and muh Goody two shoes faction and immediately after mention chopping the elves while the Orcs get a free pass.

You are just salty TBC happened, period. Your “but muh non evil!!” doesn’t fool anybody here…
