This makes a lot of sense because in classic I hear there is a thing against boosted toons , and they removed it in classic only
The point is that harassing people for being weak is dumb. Like yeah they are weak thats WHY harassing them is bad. Harassing strong people usually results in nothing.
Makes me want to make a char name her boostia and run around just for lolz
Oh man, I really really want to point out the hilarious irony of this type of logic coming from the same type people who carried tiki torches, but I guess I’ll have to be content to be the only one in on the joke.
It’s not really harassment if you can just /ignore and go about your day.
Do not compare me to literal natsees, there’s a reason antifa, BLM etc block roads this isn’t “the people who use tiki torches” those are monsters.
Oh boy, here we go.
Welcome to human competition. Even in video games people are competitive. Dont like it? Don’t PVP.
what’s wrong with a baby seal coat, that’s one less meal for an Orca.
attacking someone is never justified in life.
especially for retail purchases, if you weren’t taught this in childhood, you’re going to have a very unhappy life.
Pretty much.
Any pandering to social issues is done because they think it’ll be good PR that’ll translate to profits. The instant any of that threatens to interfere with their profits, it becomes irrelevant, ignored, or outright subverted. They’re not in it to make the world a better place - they’re in it for money, always and at all times.
“It’s hard to be a hypocrite when your sole guiding principle is, ‘do whatever is best for me at any given time.’” ~ Loki
I agree with that but i was talking about the attitude of blaming people for being weak, i support spitting on scumbags.
Personally, I wear getting the spit emote as a badge of honor. It means I did something that pissed that person off in game.
I’ll just fart on people instead
What if you saw someone who had purchased child pornography, would you think nobody should say anything? We aren’t talking about attacking people, we are talking about calling them out.
you contact the authorities for violation of laws, you have bought into political multi level marketing where you virtue signal and find there is really no reward except to be shunned by society.
sorry, Thai food…
Radio i don’t think you understood, i was using CP as a hyperbolic example of how one can purchase something, but people can disagree with that purchase and think it is wrong. In this metaphor, CP is boosting/shop mounts, not spitting. The “spitter” is the person calling out the child abuser.
I needed to reply to your post and screencap with

Honestly, I wouldn’t miss the character-targeted /spit in the game if it’s removed. (Which, from what I’m hearing it’s only the character-targeted version of the emote being removed.) I’ve never seen it used for anything positive and don’t use it myself. HOWEVER, that said, I am not a fan of unnecessary censorship. I dislike the emote myself, but would not advocate for it’s removal either because I’m sure there are other emotes I do like and use which other people don’t like. I’m fine for them to have theirs and I can have mine, is how I see it.
And in before someone claims I’ve never been targeted by it negatively… I ride cash shop mounts in game. Enough said.
Are you saying the only thing “wrong” with it is that its illegal? Something is wrong whether or not the cops care. Leaving all moral decisions to be made by the police is stupid, because it means if the police ever are impure or make mistakes then the entire system falls apart.
why is a shop product " wrong" ?
why is it your function to inform a fellow customer that it’s wrong ?
what world do you live in ?
