There is a massive problem in Diablo Immortal right now with players spam reporting each other to get opposing guilds banned. Trying to appeal these false reports through support is useless, support never reads the ticket let alone investigates the report.
Will we get live support back? How can we get these false reports actually corrected and looked into?
The automatic social bans from player reports needs to be removed because it’s being abused with this mob mentality.
What does this have to do with World of Warcraft?

If you believe that, then you’re already showing a mindset going in on this.
Live chat was never and will never be for account appeals.
Via tickets, which you seem to believe does nothing.
Don’t believe everything you read on the internet; there isn’t an auto ban in game - the folks whom action accounts looked into such beforehand.
Live Support is not, nor has it ever been available for appeals.
Accounts are not generally penalized from reports alone and the appeal process absolutely does initiate an investigation to verify if the original penalty was valid or not.
That said, this forum has nothing to do with Diablo: Immortal nor is it an appropriate local for appeals so I’ll be closing this.
