This worked but like most guides on Rotgut it only just worked and relays to much on RNG one crit from Rotguts team or a weak shot from your and its over …
Update : worked again but was still down to the wire… but things may be looking up

Nexus Whelpling, Chrominius, and Emmigosa absolutely WRECK Faryl’s team.
I hope the OP isn’t still stuck on that pet battle…
Their all possible to win.
The main strategy: Copy someone elses strategy.
Just use level 1 pets, and the critter bpet as a counter…
Xu-Fu Strategy vs. Extra Pieces (wow-petguide.com)
It’s just two frogs and a super charge lightning bolt…
The fact that the enemy trainers have pets with legendary stats is a little silly.
I feel like Bliz lost the plot that the basic WQ trainers shouldn’t require obscure pets and looking up a guide. Legendary pets, sure, but not the normal dudes.
Obscure pets? I pulled a garden frog, a river frog, and a mud-jumper toad out of my pocket and won. They are obscure in that they are so very ordinary.
Where they shine is they are aquatics, which take less damage from undead abilities, and they do damage using critter abilities, which have an increased damage effect against undeads. I’ve used guides, but not for this fight.
Better question: why would any undead fight these extra parts instead of just grabbing an extra arm for himself and making a run for it?
they can all be killed with common pets. they require knowledge of the pet families, what is strong against, what is weak against, etc.
if you don’t want to bother with all of that, just copy someone else’s strat.
if you don’t want to bother with that, just skip the quest.
I found this over on Wowhead, as I too was having difficulty with Rotgut and have a plethora of high level battle pets. This worked 1st time through and had health to spare.

NON-RNG DEPENDENT TEAM FOR SIMPLE WORLD QUEST COMPLETION
After trying numerous compositions, including those suggested by others here, I’ve finally found one that is not RNG dependent; this team has worked 100% of the 10 times I’ve used it thus far. All Pets are lvl 25; I used a P/B Starlette, though perhaps others may work or are better, I only have the one currently. Bling and Benax only come in one breed.
Roster:
Lil’ Bling (2, 2, 1)
Iron Starlette (1, x, 1)
Benax (2, 1, 1)
Lil’ Bling vs Leftovers (1)
Iron Starlette vs Leftovers (2) & (3)
Benax vs Leftovers (3)
Yeah none of them are impossible but some I cannot figure out without “cheating” and looking up strategies such as the excellent Xu-Fu’s site for Wowhead comments.
For the couple I tried doing briefly in SL, not only did the pets have 2 times the stat budgets of mine, they all had abilities that countered the pet families that countered them. In some cases almost exclusively such abilities.
And even with type and ability advantages, I was getting trucked for more damage incoming (despite being resistant) than I was outputting (despite having a bonus.
Against nominally blue quality random WQ dudes.
At that point I gave up wanting to spend the effort to look up someone else’s strategy and figure out if I even owned pets at level 25 that matched the proper mix. I may own a reasonable number of pets, but I have like 30-40 that are actually 25. Including some of the ones with a ton of different ability types like Nether Ray Fry and Wolpertinger. That should in theory be enough. I don’t quite enjoy pet battling enough to keep a stable of 100+ level 25 pets.

and that’s fair, it’s certainly not for everyone. I guess it’s easy for me since I have almost every pet available at level 25 rare - I can come up with any team possible. It would be harder if I only had a handful.
But one option is using level 1 pets, as the battles scale down. Keep a couple frogs or rabbits on you. Might be easier/faster!
i dont know if it still works but back then you could beat the impossible fights by using lvl 1 pets.
the enemy pets would be level 1 too and usually easier to beat.

Wait, what??
When did that happen? (I have the bad feeling a long time ago and I never noticed)
When did that happen?
I think they started it with BfA. but I’m not sure
it’s easy. just use 3 rabbits with the dodge and burrow abilities. you can check the pet team i have equipped right now to see what i use.
Provided you cast dodge first then stampede only once and remember to cast dodge again when it comes off cooldown, you will always win.
Just go to the xufu pet battle site.
