“Queuing together or organizing a group queue is not a violation” – doesn’t specify amount of groups or how you choose to queue at the same time. That’s why I said I think you guys realize you rely on the ambiguity of the ToS – the fact Blizzard has never given a concrete answer to what you’re specifically doing – and that’s how you justify it. It doesn’t make sense

Blizzard themselves rely on the ToS being ambiguous.
They wrote it that way so that they can decide internally how they treat actions in the game and to leave the ToS open so that they can change their mind without then re-writing the TOS.
Is it not being suggested by these threads that “other means” are being used simply than doing a countdown to queue at the same time?

I can find forums where people suggest aliens abducted them, doesn’t mean they’re right.

and exploits are not against the rules
for example toys shouldnt boost your damage by 20% but i found a way to do so using toys
is it exploit? yes it is
