Absolutely, they have certainly gone out of their way to be helpful with the situation. But it really would be best practice to put in the ticket first. In the event the SFA’s aren’t able get to the request in a timely manner. The person would still have a ticket working through the system and hopefully get resolved before the time frame ends.
