Monks, priests, and hunters are currently getting 0 updates on alpha and have gotten none the entire alpha (we’re almost done with it btw) while mages and druids get all the attention, qol changes, and responses to feedback.
What’s up with that?

Sssshhhh! Theyre ‘listening’ to us now. Dont scare them away! /sarcasm
I agree with you, seems like Monk, Priests, and Hunters, are pretty much an after thought. Feels like Priests are one of the classes, they try to make changes way too late, while other classes had enough time, to receive feedback from the community. Just my perception, I could be wrong.
Hey Hunters got changes! It takes 6sec to rez our pets now!
There are so many hunters in the game. The only change needed for hunter would be some sort of tank spec that somehow made sense. Corrupted Shadow Hunter
They don’t do all classes at once when giving out new information on changes.
If you have been a part of any design team you know that doing everything at once well is impossible. You need to focus the teams attention and get things moving. So they do these updates in groups of specs and then move on. Thats just how this works. Either you push out half bad updates for all or push out partial but well targeted updates on a few at a time.
Finally the benefit of pushing out targeted updates is that you get targeted feedback.
Those classes kept getting bumped to later sprints because they were deprioritized by the product owner and the scrum master is too overwhelmed to retake the reins
A lot of classes need a lot more work than just numbers stuff.
Wish blizz would realize the game isn’t fun when classes aren’t fun…
Sounds accurate
You might not want the kind of “attention” druids are getting. They’re nerfing their two worst specs.
Yes, huge change that really sucks.
Numbers dont matter right now. Numbers wont matter until closer to the end of beta and release is near.
Exactly! They’re listening more… talking less!
It has zero to do with numbers. They’re changing spells to make them less useful or removing them.
Lone wolf is waiting for you.
Blizz talked? Where?! Seriously, I havent seen a blue in the hunter forums in years. Just saying hi would get my hopes up at this point.
Eww gross, you have no idea what a pet does for a hunter, and Arena wise Marks runs with pets because of it.
Game knowledge sir.
You’re forgetting Arcane mage. They made a passive into an active and by unpruning they basically added 4 more set up spells before you can start to dps and at that point youve already gone through so many GCD’s.
They should make Magi’s Touch a passive again or integrate it into another spell. They give updates to fire which is already doing well and ignore arcane that is unable to move in order to do damage and even then its not consistent and requires so much set up.
Individual specs do not make priority over classes as a whole.
I mean look what they’ve done to Demonology Warlock, Ion even said that he’d / they’d rather the player base not play that spec.
