So twinks get clustered with reg players?

Your misguided analogy still doesn’t work, no matter how much you want it to be true. All of the xpoff games that I ever queued for as well as many others prove that twinking never died. All of the complaints from whiners about BoA twinks, Cata geared players, MOP geared players, premades, and thinkgs like Twink Cup and twink only Arena events, etc… No matter how much you want or wanted it to die, it didnt. So again, stop lying.

Show us how it’s not intended then. Blue litterally posted that the xpoff switch was for low level pvp. We are using the function as intended. Just because you don’t like it and try to classify it as bullying doesn’t make it true.

Yes you did. Not only are you lying, you’re lying to yourself. And continue to do so. You want twinks to die so much that you’ll repeat this lie to yourself over and over until you believe it to be true. Reality tells a different story.

Personally, I’m only against it because you cannot guarantee queue times and no one should be forced to endure longer queue times. I’ve explained from the beginning that I’ll pvp with and against anyone, twink or non-twink, as long as I can log in and get queues. I don’t care what you’re reason is to be there.

Then report them if you feel that way. There are ways to deal with griefing in a video game. However, I think Blizzard would laugh at your report of getting killed repeatedly in PvP.

You wont acknowledge any of my points and I dont acknowledge yours.

Denying the fact that twinks abuse the power granted by twinking only proves the previous statements of entitlement. Blizz will continue to ignore the problem and the queue times will increase by either lack of a player base or people avoiding that content all together. I will continue to enjoy myself how I see fit and I proudly say it isnt at the intentional grief or trolling of other gamers.

I have acknowledged your points, and I shot them down. You didn’t like that I did that. However it’s nice to know you aren’t going to acknowledge mine. Shows a lot about your character

No one is screaming for entitlements. What I’m asking is for you to prove that we’re not supposed to use gear that is in the game. That the xpoff switch actually is not for low level pvp. That when you sign up for pvp, somehow it’s my fault you were unprepared.

1…2…3…GO!

OR…and heres the kicker…OR, they will continue to modify broken items and bring the power levels between common leveler and BiS closer in line. Blizzard has modified several items already, and they’ve stated changes can be made quite easily.

Cheers then!

No none at all, truely

I do enjoy some spirited debate lol

I’m not a tough guy, I only play one on the internet >.>

I am still very strongly against levelers being included in BG’s with twinks or twinks being in the battlegrounds with levelers. it’s an injustice that should have never come to pass.
:triumph:

This was never an issue prior to the introduction of XP in Battlegrounds. ‘Twinking’ was encouraged as you’d have been silly not to gear up for your bracket. Now it’s the polar opposite, we’re repeatedly informed that having better gear than an opposing player is the wrong thing to do!?

The solution is easy imo, remove XP from battlegrounds and force players to put some effort into winning matches again. Maybe allow XP purchase through honor tokens or something but no more of this ‘turn up to benefit’ mentality… The game has suffered enough at the hands of players wanting everything for minimal effort.

Yea pre 3.2 if you cried about twinking you were clearly uninformed but immediately educated. Plus battlegrounds were a lot less slaughtering troll fests and more competitive bantering.

Post 3.2 xp in battle grounds brought a whole new way for levelers to experience the game and made things a lot more alt friendly.

The only way I see it working out for twinks and levelers is to separate the queues. So long as gear is the deciding factor twinking will always present a problem. If the players that twink truelly represent enough of the playerbase then it will work out just fine. Blizzard should just go back to the separate queue, but pre end game pvp has never really been a big concern of Blizzard.

So you would banish one demographic to the wilderness to appease what is little more than passers-by who in essence, bemoan a scenario of what is virtually the premise of end game?

Isn’t this the very definition of the game?

As I said previously, if Blizzard is going to revert back to anything, it should be to simpler times when XP wasn’t responsible for all of this animosity and complaints were about class imbalance…

What’s the difference from turning xp off completely and separating xp on from xp off?

One involves separating the already dwindling playerbase, and the other does not.

How about this Dabus. Let’s try a new direction. I want to play a game.

Lets try to come up with solutions that don’t involve separating the playerbase. I’ll go first:

Back in the day before separation myself and others use to argue for a system that would look at the hidden MMR that players had, and group players with higher ratings with other higher ratings players, and group lower rated players with other lower rated players. I would be in favor of a system like this since it accomplishes the main goal of not separating the playerbase, and for the most part keeps lower rated players away from higher rated players.

One drawback that I could see is that, like premades, you might find situations where the higher (or lower) rated players cannot find other similar rated players within a set amount of time, and for the sake of keeping things moving, group them with players higher (or lower) than them.

Comments? Suggestions? I’m open to hear them

Arena and rated battle grounds for all brackets :astonished:

…there is no griefing in a bg or arena but I can see 5v1 as griefing when you are out trying to level or questing…the difference is you have a choice to q for bgs and arenas, but you don’t have a choice when you are questing or leveling…

Your choice is to not turn warmode on.

…is there anyone else you can chat with other than me?..

Wasn’t chatting with you, just adding on to your post

…well add to someone else’s post…
