Actually a good suggestion I could agree with. Many twinks have been clamoring for ratings to return for Arena and RBGs since they took it away from us.

Juga covered this but you seemed to have ignored it, but you absolutely have a choice in world PVP now with Warmode. I recently leveled a warrior from 1-80 with warmode enabled, and it was not a terrible experience at all. The only time I was attacked was when I hit level 60 and went to Hellfire Plateau. Random 120s flying around stirring up trouble. And there was a level 72 rogue that tried to jump me when I hit Borean Tundra at 70. He was my warriors first honorable kill lol

But warmode isn’t what BGs are about. So I’m not even sure why questing/world pvp was brought up.

…historically speaking, let me repeat this in case you didn’t understand it the first time, historically speaking on PVP servers there was a lot of rat packing and greifing so you couldn’t level or do quests and that makes it hard to level…it was funny that the horde would group up with this in mind, going around and stopping the alliance from “progressing”…this is what my comment was for, trying to justify “bullying” in wow…warmode has completely changed the mechanics of wow, now snowflakes have nothing to complain about…

When I leveled my priest to 120 I could not STAND the damned tentacle head. It’s so hard to get rid of too unless you have a transmog head cause you constantly replace gear.

I swear they purposely made MOST azurite gear hideous. Looks like casters are wearing an absurd gas mask and are ready to spread some plague.
