People would.
Think the only time I came even close to dying in the event was when a leveling DPS decided to queue as tank and stay in DPS spec, so my little alt warlock was being targeted by all three guys at once. Didn’t die but still came close when just going zug-zug through it.
Let them die. Every time you let someone die you motivate them to try to survive on their own, aka teaching them to play better.
The more you play for them, the less they have to play for themselves, the dumber they get, the worse the entire game is.
WoW is better if players are better, for that we sometimes need to sacrifice them to their own mistakes to make them learn. Most people don’t learn without dying.
Everyone should be using this:
Well ill admit i just got it the Broom on 2nd toon…Thought id try for the fun of it and see what would happen… Got on Alt did the dungeon got broom mount…this is also after I ran my main toon.,
No, tinny Warrior, they do not always die in 10s. I did not make it up, it happened as I said. The boss attacks hurt. The poison circles hurt. If the Winds of Fate make it so your group is vulnerable to all that, characters get smashed.
It would be nice if all of them were like another one I did where the dungeon took 30 seconds, but sadly it is not a guarantee.
I forget how upset people get over a video game this is why I don’t live in dungeons and do tons of open world content, and only tank.
As I stated in another post, I just pulled the bosses off the chemicals and everybody was fine. It requires the tank to have a little finesse.
I really don’t understand how some people are having such a hard time doing this. I am elderly and have Parkinson’s disease and this fight was a cakewalk for me. It’s not hard to watch for puddles.
Honestly, its because until this year, you could just stand there in the poisonous blobs and ignore it lol
I tend to run my healers through this fight since it’s a fast queue for them, they’re undergeared but it never used to matter. A quick HOT or two and it was all good.
This year, HOOBOY. I could NOT keep people up on my Druid. I would stand there just pumping infinite heals into them and they’d just die, over and over and over again.
I like to think if you stay out of the chemicals, it may increase drop chance for mounts.
see, this is BS…
I was on a Feral and was skillfully squeezing beween a green puddle and a purple puddle not actually touching either and i was still getting eaten alive…
Were you being sprayed by the boss? Those attacks they spew out are not nice.
yeah, but id move immediately not just stand there and bathe in the crud.
I just figured like most things on the ground if im not touching it it shouldn’t be hurting me.
use the bloody potions if you must stand in the bad.
seems like every time I switch to my disc or my shaman for healing, two dps and the tank (who is permitted) all stand in the stupid. after a while i stop healing the dps. man is that annoying. do they just assume its some kind of weird dps race with unavoidable damage???
and all those people complaining about tanks who don’t use their defensives? i see what you mean. i don’t run instances; this event reminds me to keep not doing so.
It shouldn’t in theory. But I’m not sure how the effect radius works, whether its a bit wider than the area colour would indicate. And I have my concerns that the potions don’t always work as well as they should but I have no way to be sure of that.
Its still too easy
Make the perfumes give a permanent stacking debuff that reduces all damage dealt by 15% per stack
Jocat flashback
No! not… Damage down!
soothes crying DPS child
“Itʻs okay little DPS, daddy isnʻt going to let them take your damage numbers away”
no healers wanted to press less buttons so they complained about having to dps. blizz monkey paw wished it to making more damage come out so they still have to press more buttons.
