So they just stand there in poisonous blobs

I’ve been running a few alts in the 70+ range through the Crown Chemical as healers to get the faster queue. And I swear to Gnomerdom, if I see one more ranged dps standing still on the spot getting smashed by the poisons and expecting me to keep them alive, I’m going to scream like a little girly Gnome.

I’m keeping me alive. I’m keeping the tank alive. I will help melee who have difficulty clearing the ground. But those hunters and mages and warlocks who just damned well stand there can die (they get an instant rez from the game anyhow).

Yeah, I’m feeling petty. grumble

Wait, the blobs on the holiday fight actually do damage? Weird.

Damned well they do for lower level characters. Even some higher ones. Especially if they dont budge and soak up multiples.

On any ranged classes I have, I tend to stand on top of the alchemy stands on the table (or even the stacked crates) solely because I absolutely despise the AoE on the ground lmao

Being melee in that fight is a nightmare in itself.

People need to learn to use the freaking potions. Especially melee. Those auras are AoEs and without a potion, anyone in melee range is taking a boatload of damage from both.

I hate healing it. But since I only have to run it once, I pull my hair out for five minutes and then I’m done.

I just did one on one of my elemental shamans, level 72. Whole party died twice. In a CC.

People weren’t rezzing. Tank was unable to hold threat. Healer couldnt keep people alive. Nobody that I could see was using the potions but me.

I think I grew some grey hairs on my Orc’s head.

I recently leveled a character through timewalking from 1-80 and it was my first time using the lfd tool in a long while and I have to say it. They need to make dungeons harder clearly so some of yall are forced to get better, lfd is no stranger to bad players but it feels like they are shockingly even worse than they used to be. Some of those people in LFD function similarly to how I would expect a very bad AI to function.

Healers wanted to heal

Working like intended?

Oh, that’s a given. I would never heal those buffoons, especially since they can just take 1 second to drink the potion that makes one of the colors safe to stand in. If they’re going to be doubly lazy and stupid, they need to be purged.

Ive never seen anyone die in this… has something changed?

5 minutes? If that fight lasts longer than two minutes you’re doing something wrong.

I’ve never seen it last longer than one minute. Are you just auto attacking.

This, I’ve given up on the BIG LOVE ROCKET, so I haven’t been running it. But the last time I did, there wasn’t any need to drink potions because the boss died so fast.

Now take this feeling and amplify it by about 10x.
This is what happens when people don’t do the things they’re supposed to do in m+ even though they should know better

They seem to have buffed the damage this year, and since it used to be so low no one bothers to use any of the potions.

I mostly play ranged classes so I was curious why my Warrior was taking massive amounts of damage to trigger my self healing and defensives to not die. I thought it was aggro at first.

Neither Guuah or my Mage had the same issue so it caught me off guard. I didn’t even know those potions were part of the mechanic, thought they were some sort of fun consumable or something.

Meh just let them die few times. They will figure out eventually that potions and doing mechanics is cheaper than repair bill

I’m pretty sure he’s exaggerating I doubt the fight lasts five minutes unless multiple people are down or afk. He’s just making a point that he deals with it for a few moments then moves on

Actually never looked at the potions. Everyone just bum rushes to start the event. But I know to not stand in the stuff.

You’re only level 10 so please allow me to help you out here.

Five minutes. Four minutes and thirty seconds pulling hair out just thinking about the $hit show to come, thirty seconds for the actual $hit show.

I think the lifetime of regret goes without saying. Anyway, best of luck on your leveling journey.
