So the Alliance are just supposed to forget

One troll you just met last week, versus an established race that is part of the very core of your faction

Sound logic, i must admit.

Are you surprised? That has been the pattern this entire time.

Kill horde, kill alliance, eek! A big ugly, bury the hatchet with the horde (or alliance) and kill the big ugly together.

Fast forward to next expansion and kill one another again.

Again, not how story telling works. The characters don’t exist to move from plot point to plot point. They exist to make informed decisions based on events. I didn’t make us raid SoO, that was Blizzards doing? Was Theramore rebuilt by the Horde (simple enough to force them to do) no? Were there some type of War reparations or land clawbacks like SS or Gilneas? NO. Again, he did NOTHING. NOTHING CHANGED. That is poor writing at it’s pinnacle. They could have done something…ANYTHING to make it seem like a victory, instead they played the lets all pretend nothing happened and things that are destroyed just stay destroyed card because…reasons.

Don’t try to pretend like just because it is a video game they get a free pass on absolutely TERRIBLE story telling, it was their story to tell over the course of YEARS that they had every opportunity to figure out how it was going to play out…THAT IS THEIR JOB!

But i guess it’s ok with you because of course the game would have to end otherwise…nothing could be done. What a bunch of nonsense. Just put your mind to use and think for a minute what they COULD have done instead of defending the garbage they did do with SoO. Just think about the fallacy that ANY Pandaran would be Horde EVER after the Vale was destroyed, not that it wasn’t already A STRETCH to have any Pandaran be Horde lore wise anyways.

Oh yes, Delaryn…a character who never existed before War of the Thorns, who was obvious death bait upon meeting her.

Nameless NPCs.

No one of importance died in War of the Thorns.

if i’ve said this once… i’ve said it a thousand times. alliance could completely dismantle the horde, kill every important npc except a few that were in sanctuary in sw and the alliance player base would cry horde bias because you couldn’t attack those horde and completely decimate every living horde person. this entire expansion has been an alliance fist bump.

Yes, PLEASE let us forget. For the love of god look at all of you bickering back and forth. It’ll never end. I can’t wait till Blizzard do what they said and close the chapter on this stupid war that just runs around in circles with each side taking turns poking one another’s buttons.

Cant wait till we have some logical leaders like Anduin and Thrall/Baine shake hands and be like, “Yeah this war is dumb guys. Let’s team up.” First round of drinks is on me next expansion when I set my hearthstone to orgrimmar boys!

if this means i can use the wonderful horde portal room instead of the absolutely awful sw portal room i suppose we’d just have to let horde become okay with worgen peeing all over everything. someone really should house break you… things. :stuck_out_tongue:

OT to this stupid thread, but whats wrong with the alliance portal room?

it’s ugly and too large for really no reason. i also hate the alliance garrison as well because of how gaudy it is. i much prefer the horde ones. that’s just my opinion.

I do. Burn, baby, burn.

Of Note. Delaryn wasn’t known before the War of Thorns, and the tie-in novel doesn’t count even if it establishes some history to the character. Nameless priestesses? Right. Nobody of note died sounds about right.

I see. I didnt like the horde garrison. Snow and stone. But as you said just out opinions

Of course not. We’re the GOOD GUYS who are constantly getting smashed, trashed, and bashed by the BAD GUYS who have engaging leaders and their drama, because no way would our leaders have such DRAMA because they’re the GOOD GUYS, only to have to help the same BAD GUYS because suddenly a united populace is the only way to defeat the true BIG BAD.

But roly poly fluffy bee takes some of the sting away.

Not this expansion at all

Usually dead and/or traitorous. If you think thats engaging then im all for some alliance leaders dying and betraying the alliance

wut. alliance are NOT the good guys. that’s what’s so cool about WoW. the alliance are the bad guys. the orcs and thrall are the good guys. (this has kinda changed since MoP and i don’t like it)

Is it because Alliance has humans, and you perceive that to mean that humans must always be the heroes, that you consider the Alliance the good guys ?

ofc green people and cow people MUST be the villains right? >_>

Perhaps the Alliance is full of vegetarians, in which case the bipedal beef Tauren are seen as villains!

“OI ELFY! HOW DARE YOU KILL OUR DEATH BAIT CHARACTERS AND NAMELESS NPCS!!! NOW WE MUST KILL YOUR MORE IMPORTANT CHARACTERS TO JUSTIFY THIS LOSS” - Alliance Players, Maybe, Probably.
