So no cat mount in LFR and now the achievement has changed

I really is. Most people don’t see things beyond what affects them personally. Sadly you get used to seeing it.

Who knew that people with disabilities only needed a simple nudge. This simple trick changes everything! We’re cured!

Here’s the thing though, one thing a lot of people like you don’t understand. This may be a shock but there are some people who can’t realistically do anything beyond LFR. Those people, myself included, were led to believe that this was something we could achieve because the achievement literally saying “any difficulty” for months on the live servers.

I miss out on raid-obtained mounts all the time, doesn’t upset me. I know I can’t get them. This one I was under the impression I could obtain.

And who do you think is a more valueable user? one who logs on week in week out to play with a team, often through content droughts, vs someone who burns through the content, then stops because there is nothing to do?

I agree the last minute clarification was bad. But it being from normal, I’ve no problem with, UNLESS it is discovered that it was indeed acquirable from LFR.

Dunno how you could prove that though.

Not true. There are a handful of mounts that can drop in LFR. I got the GMOD mount during BFA through LFR.

Thats dropped not awarded. Two seperate things

I member, they had to move the mount to Jaina cause everyone bailed after Mekk, and anyone refilling would immediately leave because Mekk was down already.

I don’t think it was a last minute change, I think the PTR tooltip was bugged and the majority of the team was too focused on dragonflight to notice. This is a season that’s basically being made by 2-3 people, while the entire rest of the team works on DF.

To a business like Blizzard?

Mythic raiders and high IO have turned into subcontractors who run players through content for gold.

Players like me purchase tokens to pay for these runs.

So who is more important to a business like Blizzard? I’m not sure. Both are fairly valuable I guess. I’ve purchased alot of WoW tokens in the past month buying boosts. So I’m sure Blizzard likes that I’m paying more than my required $15. But I’m sure they like the boosters who are bringing in token sales.

And the fated raids is a new thing entirely that includes LFR. There’s no reason to not allow it to be earned in LFR other than trying to get people to buy gold for boosts to get it.

So you’d leave normal with no distinct reward of its own so there would be no reason to run it at all?

Same same, GMOD is arguably easier to obtain since you only need to spam the last wing of BOD and can fall asleep doing it. Completing 3 raids worth of content in any difficulty? Do you not remember the Ny’alotha debacle? For some people, believe it or not, it still is hard to do LFR.

There are very few reasons that is true. Most of them are mental blocks, where the player somehow get it in their own head that they cant, even when they can. Most disabilities can be worked around with the right motivation. An all deaf guild gets CE most tiers as an example.

So because some folks can do it means all can. Goodness…again, the lack of empathy lol.

This has nothing to do with PTR, the achievement was live in game stating any difficulty. It was not like someone datamined this achievement and it was later added in game differently, we are not that stupid.

If they can get CE, you can clear normal. They do not require anywhere near the same amount of effort.

They should just throw it on the store for $250. Since we’re forgoing empathy in these scenarios, just buy it. Who cares if some folks can’t afford $250 for a mount? We don’t have empathy anymore.

If you choose not to try, then complain you don’t get a reward, I don’t feel sorry for you. If you tried really hard and failed, different story.

And sometimes I raid without sound and no discord and get normal and heroic boss kills, but I can’t get CE with sound and discord. Just because one person or one group of players can do something does not mean we all can, you literally have no idea of a persons skill and ability to do anything.

Your sure fun at parties. People who can raid just need to get over their anxiety, that’s all. Simple as that. And a mount is enough to inspire them to try so.

This victim complex is off the chart. Reminder, they are pixels. Pixels you probably won’t see past its release.
