No, its like telling people who complain about a splinter in their foot that they have ways to remove the splinter, but it does require taking the shoe and sock off for a minute, and thats just inconvenient.
His trolling is less obvious and more gas lighting.
But once you realize he is just a troll his hypocrisy really shines through.

Imagine having your opinions so deeply rooted into your character than you view any opposition in thought as an attack.
People having a different perspective on things does not make them trolls.

Which is why people having optional tools RDF available is fine 
Yet some people get so behind hurt at the mere idea someone would play the game differently than they do they freak out /shrug

I have explained it. You instantly dismiss it with basically this-> “well thats not important to me so your reasons dont matter”.
I have said many times that if they remove all the bonuses of rdf and its just a cross realm grouping tool for dungeons, i would be fine with it. Because then it is actually optional, being no more efficent than a manually formed group.
RDF as an optional tool in no way prevents them from continuing to enjoy the game exactly as they do now.
I have zero problem with the RDF haters continuing to manually form groups. And in fact many people who like RDF would still manually form groups for various reasons.

That means no queue system.

But you still won’t explain why they can’t enjoy the game the same as they do now with RDF in it. What about RDF prevents them from spamming chat for groups or using the LFG Tool?
And oh yeah there already is a cross realm queue system. It was added in vanilla it’s called CRBG’s.
