So Blizzard is done adding customization options?

Everything they add to Void Elves while the other allied races remain neglected feels terrible.

I haven’t even brought up Highmountain yet, but they have so few options compared to normal Tauren. They have 4 skin color options. FOUR.

i think we are finding more disagreements then commonalities. Legion was a simi capable expansion only near the end where many issues where band aid patched.
I can say that BFA may have been rough but overall, a standard expansion. not great but not bad either.
WoD was and still remains one of the worse expansions to this date.
its hard to beat a selfie patch mid 14 month drought while also cutting a whole patch.

And our antlers have two options: unmarked or marked.

Trust me, I know. I’m not at all happy with what we have, we don’t even get the luxury of getting some of the base tauren customization options yet. Which is why I really really dislike the void elves getting as much as they did, it’s really annoying and sours my opinion towards elves even more.

As someone who loves cosmic horror and stuff like Cthulu, 8.3 was very disappointing to me, as was the TV show Lovecraft Country. Nyalotha and Lovecraft Country both got the cosmic horror 100% wrong, and went in a campy direction. Digression, but, I literally resubbed in 8.3 because Nyalotha.

but i still cant change ears, eyebrows, have no blind eye options, no tats, no new hairstyles, no new haircolors, no jewelry, no piercings, no make-up, and i’m still wearing blood elf underwear. all they did was copy/paste velf hair on belf bodies. only new thing they made for velfs is purple eyecolor and its not the nice purple version. everything else is just copy/paste from stuff they gave to belfs, except jewelry, hairstyles/haircolors, ear options, belf eyecolors and blind eye options.

The antler runes were such a great idea, as someone who has a Rivermane Frost DK, I would love more.

I think that’s why you don’t hear many complaints about Highmountain. They have probably the least amount of options, but they stuff they do have is pretty great and going in the right direction.

try to take your emotions out of the rating then.
as a side tangent, I agree love craft country disappointed me too. I personally feel like episode 2 had great world building but they sped ran straight through the plots.
Apparently it gets better but I personally won’t be watching it.
have you tried raised by wolves? its sci-fi post-apocalyptical space colonization. or would it be better to call it a post-apocalyptic effort to preserve a species…

I liked episode 1, and the most recent episode. Everything else feels like I’m watching American Horror Story.

Raised by Wolves is great. Father is probably my favorite character in any media right now. A dad android that is programmed to tell dad jokes. Perfect, memorable, hilarious.

for the time which that came out… it was ground breaking.
they showed dead babies in jars on television. after the first season tho i truly lost interest.

father is by far a great counter to mother. id enjoy it more if the kids weren’t so … bratty…

I think I watched every season but the most recent one, I live in a rural area and have so much free time.

I watched like 75% of the CW superhero shows before I realized I was in a massive depression and I hated every second of them, lmao.

I tend to watch TV while doing old content on WoW. I find that consuming 2 mediocre forms of entertainment at once almost makes my time feel well spent.

Cool. Let’s run through how many options void elves already had and compare that to how many Highmountain have. You still got more before we got more than four faces, and before Nightborne got more than three body colors.

It doesn’t matter to me that you didn’t get all of the blood elf customizations. You had more than other allied races, and got even more before we got to get close to what you had before. That’s why I really dislike the favoritism being shown towards the elf model.

i 300% agree with this.
majority of those shows i was simi hyped for but they quickly showed it was a SJW love letter.
im a lib too and i honestly felt self hate watching a single epsiode of super girl or black lightning.

For half? You mean they made a ton of options for humans, a few for everyone else and then… that’s it.

I hope they are don’t because they need to add a metric ton more hairstyles to every race to be even close to humans.

My main problem with them, is everyone has superpowers, but all the fights are lame poorly choregraphed hand-to-hand combat.

Everyone needs more. There is no point in arguing about who has more or less. They need to vastly increase the amount of hairstyles every race has on an ongoing basis. It’s not just a one and done thing and honestly it can’t be that hard either.

they probably ran out of time. imho they should have delayed shadowlands but what am i to this mega corperation then a talking fuzz ball :man_shrugging:

daredevil was pretty good on that specific issue. the fight scenes were just on the money and it didnt rely on flashy superpowers.
same with punisher adaptation.
whats your favorite superhero?
personally I’m a edgy teenager at heart who still adores spawn.

I don’t disagree with this. But there’s still going to be frustration from people when an allied race got so heavily favored when a bunch of base races were given nothing, and this being after Blizzard promised to do the base races first.

It’s human nature to be frustrated when something is promised and broken.

yep. lightforged draenei too. all legion races were low customizations. for example, blood elves had 20 hairstyles in legion. they have 23 now. velfs still have 10, 11 if you count bald. humans have 35 hairstyles. i mean out of all the elves, velfs got shafted for options because they are so niche, even their classes are limited. cant be druids or shaman or paladins or demon hunters, for example.

Ya the Netflix superhero shows were much better at least. Favorite superhero/villain is probably Venom, the Spiderman cartoon from the 90’s was my introduction to superheroes and it stuck with me.

how did you feel about the recent movie for venom?
i say recent… but its pretty old in movie lime light time.
