Silence on Slime Cat

What I linked explicitly shows that LFR was not in the rewards table for the slimecat.

PS. LFR wasn’t mentioned because LFR wasn’t originally part of the fated raids when that achievement was made.

And you’re straight up lying.

NEW Fates of the Shadowlands Raids > Complete all three Fated raids in Shadowlands Season 4.
Reward: Mount Reward: Jxxxlesworth Sr.

And I asked for a source to back up your claim. Your evidence is an achievement saying “any” difficulty.

In other words, nothing.

k

I don’t think people who insult and berate others because the content they play deserve civility.

Oh so it is raiding now.

Hmm

They don’t owe you an apology. It’s stated in plain English in the TOS you agreed too. They can change anything in this game, at any time, for any reason, and there’s nothing we can do but accept it.

Every single one of us agreed to that, why do we think jumping up and down in the forums will make a difference? It’s an echo chamber designed to let us hear ourselves scream.

Keep choking on that boot my dood.

No I’m not.

If LFR was intended to get the slimecat mount it would be getting the slimecat mount.

At the time LFR was NOT a fated raid.

Ok let me simplify this for you.

The any achievement only said any because at the time it was made the only fated raids were normal/heroic/mythic.

Once LFR was added to fated raids the devs went back and changed the achievement. That’s why it was changed.

LFR was never getting the slimecat.

Look it up homes

You wouldn’t be saying they are the same thing if you did.

I haven’t insulted or berated anyone. That would be you who is insulting people.

Do you know what the difference between technically and considered is?

While it technically may be raiding it’s not considered raiding by people that actually raid.

The fact you keep repeating this like it matters at all. Hilarious.

And I’m saying what you think doesn’t matter.

It falls under the any difficulty umbrella, it should be included. Period.

If you say so. They’re both raiding, just like how normal and mythic are both raiding, despite being just as far in difficulty.

I never said it matters.

Either way LFR isn’t getting the slimecat mount :man_shrugging:t3:

Neither does what you think lol.

No it shouldn’t. And guess what? Blizzard agrees.

If they were you wouldn’t need to keep trying to prove it is.

This doesn’t even make sense lmao

Everyone knows it’s raiding.

Weather or not you or your clown posse agree is your problem

Hey goalpost bye goalpost.

And I’ve asked you for a SOURCE for this claim.

“It wasn’t cause it wasn’t cause it was LFR” is not a source.

Source please, stating that LfR was not supposed to be Fated.

No they didn’t, it was changed MUCH later, hours before the Season went live.

The boot your choking on? What’s there to look up?

Yes Blizzard can change anything they want in their game, that doesn’t mean they’re free to change anything last minute and be absolutely free of criticism, and you pulling that out isn’t the defense you think it is. Time and place for that, but last minute screwing over a large number of players is not it.

Blizzard will not admit to any wrongdoing, even if it was a miscommunication on their part. This tends to track through a lot of their decisions.

I didn’t pay much attention to the specifics, but all the outrage started before season 4 dropped. PTR =/= Live. I saw posts on these forums saying the achievement was changed when the patch went live.

I feel like at this point, everything slime cat related should just be written off as old news. Yes, there was a technical error. Yes, Blizzard should have done something, and in their credit, they did do something before the content related to the achievement went live, which is they changed the text requirement.

Does it suck? Sure. But it’s still old news. It came, it went, people will either adjust and get what they want, or they won’t.

Not like we have anything else to do until DF drops
