Siege of Boralus being in the m+ pool is definitive proof of how insanely out of touch they are

In fairness, I will take the swirly to what we had before. I did Black Temple for Timewalking and half the effects were so nebulous you were not sure if they were actual aoes or zone asthetics. I can’t argue that some of these mechanics are not annoying, but at least we can see em.

I do wish the darn swirlies were not often the same colour as the arena though. Newest raid is not bad, but the red on red we had last expansion, or the grey on grey we had in Shadowlands were not fun.

This made me lol. Baddies who are bad? Ya don’t say.

My favorite so far is my Grim Batol spam.

People just do not understand what an LoS is, could scream it into their face and they just smile as they get obliterated.

lmao.

So, the last time I played this game was season 1 of DF. I played for like 3 months, and was basically 3k IO from scratch. I have all the portals from that season and I remember we almost did a 24 +2 the one time we lucked into a SBG key. I only quit and didn’t go for title because I hate working with other people.

Now, as someone who did more than you ever did in like 5 expacs in the span of 3 months, I still think this season’s dungeons are all miserable unplayable garbage. So piss off lol.

The non stop pull mechanics are definitely over tuned

100% summed up my experience with this dungeon OP. If I ever get a Siege key it’s an auto re-roll for me, no questions asked. I actually wanna try to enjoy playing this game lol

Also frick bananas

I’ve gotten the teleports every season since Shadowlands Season 2. Maybe don’t comment on things you know nothing about.

It’s the first week of the season, everything will be tuned and nerfed over the next few weeks.

You did it on the easiest difficulty. Perhaps wait a similar amount of time before complaining here?

lol bragging about portals proves literally everything I’ve said about you lol. +20 is not even 3k io, and 3k io is the bare minimum of taking the game seriously.

Nobody cares if you push 3k io. Literally no one.

Bragging about nothing proves everything I’ve thought about you.

I don’t remember asking for your opinion, so my apologies if I gave you the impression that I cared.

Only one of us here is complaining about this season, and that person is not me.

Almost like the difficulty of the content you do decides whether you have to deal with the shortcomings of badly designed dungeons, or steamroll it once you get mythic gear. You’re not the brightest tool in the shed, are ya?

Or, perhaps one of us just realizes content will be tuned. I’m doing 7s and it’s week 1. Stuff hits hard, and the pulls in SoB suck, but at the end of the day it’s the first week and we’re undergeared.

It’s quite typical of someone who doesn’t have a leg to stand on to resort to insults.

Have the day you deserve.

So,

Here the foolishness of a dullard who doesn’t comprehend that, when they acknowledge the current dungeons will be nerfed, they are literally agreeing with the opposition.

And here’s the lack of awareness, not connecting the dots that we are far more geared than previous seasons due to M+ opening late and delves being a thing.

And now the entitlement of thinking foolish thinking doesn’t deserve to be insulted lol. Rounds out the whole package nicely.

I’m reinforcing what you originally replied to. It’s the first week, things will change. Did you forget already?

Except we’re not because previous seasons and expansions we had M0 for multiple weeks before the season started. This time around we had to wait for M0 and Delves which were only available the week before M+.

Ah, the irony of someone so eager to sound profound while missing the point entirely. Truly rounds out the ‘I love hearing myself talk’ package perfectly.

Enjoy the ignore list.

good, now you know what it is like for melee to have to stand still for 5minutes because of a big of a mechanic outside of a hitbox…

And my entire point is that, if change is needed, then you are already proven wrong. Is that a little too complicated for you or what lol.

You’re really trying to compare M0 to heroic raid lmao. Wow.

There’s a nothing burger of words, served up by someone accusing others of loving to hear themselves talk. Peak cinema.

Aaaaand the classic “I need to let you know I blocked you” thing lmao.

“$29.99 in 2007 is worth $45.53 today”

While technically expansions do cost more, the modern cost of expansions today is equivalent to about less than $33 back when TBC launched, or less than a 10% increase in relative cost

But to be fair, we do get a consider amount more content out the gate than some WoW expacs had in their entirety, fwiw

Oh no, we are far more geared relative to those prior seasons you’re harkening back to. Rather, when you did have the one extra week of M0, you had 8 dungeons of loot chance, one time per boss. M+ in those eras released in the second week and capped loot at M+10 ilvls and we had the raid unlocks on that week. And on the week of mythic raid, we had uncapped M+

By comparison, you effectively traded:

  1. Being able to do one world tour at old MP loot levels

for

  1. Being able to world tour daily for the then equivalent of M+10 loot levels, with Heroic Dungeons giving you the equivalent of old M0 loot levels.

In essence, the current expac had you able to do the equivalent of old M0 ilvl gear on demand, and via queue, as a result of the pivot. How are you going to argue that one world tour under the old system, IE doing one of each heroic once under the new system, is better than being able to run as many as you wanted?

Like, if you only chose to do 8 or less dungeons via heroic queues, then you were gearing at the same rate as the old system. If you did 9 or more, you saw gearing to higher ilvls more quickly.

If you did M+10s on week 2 until fully kitted, your best case gearing is at least 7 dungeons, assuming you manage to get a unique slotted piece every run AND you had someone able to trade the other pieces such that they were also unique to you

By contrast, running the same number of dungeons as the old best case has you seeing +1 or +2 items per run more, and it isn’t until run #8 that you would reach the daily limit for new M0s. If you did 8 dungeons daily, you were able to see 16 drops on week 2 of the old system, versus at least 24; that’s a 50% increase in loot chances!

On the first day of the raid unlock, most people weren’t even close to doing +10s or seeing comparable loot, despite having it available. And even if you did spam it nonstop, at best, you would have been starting Mythic raid week at a 12 or higher key, anyways, if you pushed.

Instead, it was possible to

Siege wasn’t one of the more well liked bfa dungeons so i was rather baffled to see it was on the list this season. I get that they already burned through all the beloved dungeons but like, would anyone REALLY be all that mad they brought underrot or freehold back again?

Anywho i’m looking forward to shrine of the storm and spires of ascension next season.

Yet another one that I actually love. I seem to love all the wrong dungeons though.
