Not going to happen. Didn’t need it then and don’t need it now. For that matter…I still don’t use the one that is even built into the game…that is how much I hate it.

Incorrect, someone posted the actual video and nowhere in it did they say this kind of addon would be stopped. In fact, I commented on their exact language. Read the thread again.

If all it did was parse the chat from the zone you were in, I wouldn’t make such a fit about it, but this addon is going to completely change the original game.
It doesn’t teleport you or cross-realm, but it removes the social aspect of forming groups and turns it into picking a class out of a menu.

Wow Starman you really can’t see the behavior such addon will bring because you really don’t care at all.
You just want your little convenient addon because you don’t like how we were finding group in Vanilla.

You can want to use it all you want, but everything I said is true.
Eventually everyone will have to use it if they want to form a group.
These addons could have existed in classic, I’d be surprised if they didn’t. What is stopping anyone from making a website that performs the same thing?
Have you guys even looked at this or what. Humor me. What do you think this addon accomplishes.

Exactly it requires as little social communication as whispering I’ll go in chat so it’s not going to diminish anything.

I don’t think they will break the part of it that allows it to parse the chat and show the forming groups in the addons menu.
I do think they will break the part where the addon is allowed to communicate with itself and people can form groups without communicating whatsoever.

If they don’t break it I could see a lot of people leaving as the addition of LFG is where the majority of people who wanted classic back will agree that the game started going wrong.
