Rather than making a single thread for every typo please post your typos and grammatical errors in this megathread. QA will regularly monitor this thread and document the bugs internally.
There won’t be a whole lot of communication in this thread but rest assured Blizzard Quality Assurance is reading every post.
If you’re referencing a line of dialogue, make sure the include the NPC’s name who is talking, and any relevant quest/dungeon/zone information as well.

Quest name: Shadow’s Fall
Typo: For the reward of this quest, the name of the item says “Agitha’s Void-Tinged Speartip”, when throughout the questline, it’s been spelled “Agthia”. The item reward should be spelled “Agthia’s Void-Tinged Speartip”.
In “The Simposium” in Darkhaven, the dredger NPC to the left of the Innkeeper acknowledges that you’ve saved Rendle and Cudgelface from the Endmire. There is an error, “Your welcome 'round here…” where “your” is possessive. It should be, “You’re welcome 'round here…”
I have a screenshot, but apparently can’t post links. His dialogue text seems to vary, so hopefully this is enough information.
Elusive Faerie Cache - states it is “obscurred” in darkness.
Odew Testan (Innkeeper) at The Spearhead, Maldraxxus:
“Rest up, this fights going to last a while.”
Should be “fight’s”.
Secondary Mission: it is a little thing that the vulpino is twisted It is not counting when Reni is captured. and makes it impossible to finish the mission! Note: Using Google Translate, I’m from Brazil playing at Goldrinn

Runestone of Constructs in the questline is misspelled as Runestone of Constucts
Sinposium, Court of Harvesters Quartermaster: Spectral Hankerchief
Both the name and the description of the item there are typos. Frinedly for the reputation.
In Ardenweald, quest near the beginning offered by Te’Zan.
Quest name: “Souls of the forest”
Voice actor doesn’t appear to have a “troll” style accent, nor does any of the quest text written in that characters voice, but one sentence of this quest offering has this:
“…we were attacked by a pack of hungry predators! The wolf be a fast soulshape, so I got away…”
Emphasis mine - I’m guessing that should be “the wolf is”, otherwise it sounds like this character was accidentally a troll for a moment.
During quest “Passage to Hibernal Hollow” in Ardenweald, Niya’s text does not match her voiced dialogue.
Her text says: “As is the Winter Queen…”
Her audio says: “And so is the Winter Queen…”
During “Secret Among the Shelves” when you are hit by the book that goes on the ground (not the ones periodically shot out you need to dodge, but the ones with a circle on the ground to dodge), you get a debuff saying it will slow you by 20#, not 20% like most debuffs
Vendor: Nalcorn Talsen in Theatre of Pain, Maldraxxus
Item: Memory of the Rattle of the Maw
Typo: “Killing an enemy has a high chance to summon an Explosive Mawrat at the corpses location.”
Fix: "Killing an enemy has a high chance to summon an Explosive Mawrat at the corpse’s location.
Corspecutter Moroc (Maldraxxus rare)
should be Corpsecutter, right?
There’s a grammar error when completing the quest “Heartless” in Ardenweald. Niya says:
“You have to return to Tirna Vaal tell Droman Tashmur what happened here”
It can be fixed either with:
“…Tirna Vaal and tell Droman…”
or
“…Tirna Vaal. Tell Droman…”
descobri um Bug que me faz ir além do teto do mapa podendo voar por todo o mapa em instantes! não saberei explicar como executa pois é uma serie de eventos, porem eu estou no local com meu personagem Diabloi, Reino: Goldrinn, se possivel um GM do reino der um Teleporte em mim, ficarei feliz em mostrar como executa o bug para ele poder ser corrigido!

Questgiver: Ta’eran
Typo: The Archivist says “Victory only belongs to those brave enough to fail.”
Fix: The Archivist should say "“Victory only belongs to those brave enough to fall.”
“On Swift Wings” (Bastion campaign)
Polemarch Adrestes says “The paragons have already assembled and are await the Archon’s arrival.” Inappropriate use of are, dialogue leaves this bit out as well.
