Sorry I assumed when you said “good” you meant good by relation to the tier, not “From the current or previous expansion.”

yes i did and if you read the conversation you would know that
for that content its 100% true there are people easily clearing zek at 605 ilvl which is basic gear in the current tier.
yea no i believe in getting rewarded for the effort i put in. never once said gear wasnt important in all content just that content. that said i dont think you need mythic raid gear to clear heroic or normal raid as well.
People play this game for multiple reasons,
but I can tell you this,
if difficulty increased so much that I wont be able to get max level gear,
that would be the moment I unsub untill Ion crawls back and nerfs everything again.
The best part?
I wont be alone as it happened in SL.

Honestly just remove gear completely. All it seems to do is make the people who don’t have it sad.
No more gear gating, but no more overgearing content either. If you can’t do something you just have to get better or settle for where you’re at.
