Sept 8th/9th 2019 - WoW Companion App Won't Connect

I also haven’t been able to login. Glad it’s not just me though lol. I’m using the Google Pixel 3a.

Sucks because I can’t even recruit troops in game because the NPC has disappeared on me. >.>

Same here, and it’s been like this since Monday. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and restarted my phone. Made sure phone was updated. Nothing helps. Using a Samsung Galaxy s9+.

Same issue. Cannot log in since DDOS. Tried wifi and 4G. No luck. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. No go. Restarted phone a few times now as well.

Yes, I’m also having these issues.

Using a Verizon Samsung 9+ with 4G Unlimited Data I am unable to fully connect to the mission table screen with the phone app. This occurs whether I’m using the 4G network, home wifi or a guest wifi/public.

I live in Northern NJ where this issue mostly occurs. But ive even driven 2hrs towards upstate NY and few hours into Pennsylvania which im still unable to connect properly no matter the location it seems while using the 4G network.

This issue persists on both wifi and cell service. Started a few days ago for no apparent reason. Was working prior no problems. Current issue is that I can see a correct list of characters, I can select one but it will just keep saying connecting until it eventually kicks me back to login screen. Does not matter what time of day or night, could be 2 to 5 am in the morning still doesnt work. From all the other people who are saying they have the same issue it is clear it is a problem on your part. Thank you for working hard for your customers to try and resolve this.

Thank you. But it does also seem like in several days you might have at least an idea of what is causing it? Or you don’t want to say until your sure? Maybe think about this from how we feel and then maybe you would decide to give us a little more information?

Two different phones Android and IOS. The iPhone works correctly., the Android does not since this weekend. Looks like something in Android with the DDOS remediation is a root cause. Being on WiFi or not does not change the results. Phone details below -

iPhone 6s, IOS 12.4.1, Carrier: Verizon

Galaxy S7, Android 8.0.0, Carrier: T-mobile

Same problem here, Samsung S8, not working for 3 days now. Tried re-installing it etc etc. Nothing. Are Blizzard doing something about this?

Mine is still not working either. I have a Blackberry Key2

Blizzard is working ever so very hard to resolve your issues!
