Pixel 3 and recently updated to Android 10.
Been experiencing connectivity issues with the App on both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
I noticed the issues started after I updated to Android 10, but not sure if that could be the root cause.

It’s working for me now too!
Works but missing 2 of my champions.
Also all of my champion equipment slots are now empty.
Confirmed working for me now as well (well, after a re-sub… my time expired this morning lol). Galaxy Note 8 on AT&T.

Still having the original issue of not being able to login via data, Wifi works.
Galaxy S9 on Metro PCS(uses t-mobile network).
My wifes phone works on both data and wifi.
Samsung J7 on the same metro PCS plan.
Edit- Again, I never had a problem logging on either data or wifi until the day i updated the app after 8.2.
Battle net app, blizzcon app and battle net authenticator apps all work just fine. It is just the companion app that will not connect on data.

"This issue persists on both wifi and cell service. Started a few days ago for no apparent reason. Was working prior no problems. Current issue is that I can see a correct list of characters, I can select one but it will just keep saying connecting until it eventually kicks me back to login screen. Does not matter what time of day or night, could be 2 to 5 am in the morning still doesnt work. From all the other people who are saying they have the same issue it is clear it is a problem on your part. Thank you for working hard for your customers to try and resolve this.’
We are having this exact same problem.
I tried it just now on both the iPhone and Android - the app now works on both devices.

Working for me too! Would be nice if Blizzard actually acknowledged the problem and said how they fixed it!
My WoW companion app does not allow me to log in recently. It would go to the login screen with the gears running, and then it would give a disconnected message. I tried selecting the account and logging in. It also ends up being disconnected. Is it only me, or does it happen to others as well? I’m using an iPhone 8.
This happening to me as well.
Doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or not.
Phone iPhone X up to date. App is up to date.
Everytime I login says I’m disconnected from the server after selecting my character.
It’s really frustrating.

I’m back in the same boat again too since the patch.
Same problem here on iOS. Usually there is an iOS app update when WoW has a new patch I’m wondering if it lagged behind in Apples app approval process?
I spoke with a Blizzard rep who said they are doing some sort of maintenance on the App along with the maintenance on the authenticator servers. Hopefully it’ll be resolved in a couple hours (as of about 1:30pm eastern time).
Same issue for me since patch.
