Season 4 texture gone from wowhead

Season 4 tabard is still red like the cosmic one.

Season 3 cloak also matches the black unused tabard and the season 1 mount.

what did it look like? was it an improvement over the previous seasons?

since theres gonna be a new illusion, is there gonna be new gear as well?

You know how, say, the plate vers/haste chest uses the paladin appearance? It’s being swapped to the DK one, so you’ll be able to build all the lookalike sets.

Right now you can build the full Paladin elite set for, say, Warrior
next season you’ll be able to get the full DK set for Paladin

New drake, new tabard (hopefully, it’s the s3/red one right now), new illusion(?), but the elite sets are the same

cosmic flow (current s3 illusion) actually looks so sick on light-themed classes like my paladin and priest

first time ive taken off glorious tyranny

This is really stupid, ngl.

There’s no mention of any of this anywhere, nor how elite weapon appearances work.

Just think its dumb to have class sets but then allow other classes of the same armor set to get the pieces lol.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a paladin able to get warrior lookalike elite pieces before until this season.

Oh, and the class sets are 1800, but the lookalike sets are 2100

This is exactly why I I’ve never used a pvp enchant on my paladin, s3 looks really lackluster and bugged on certain weapons, s4 looked really nice. Hopefully it doesn’t get ruined.

Ya, you can actually get all the “missing” armor pieces from other sets. so between this and next season, you can collect the sets of every class to use on any armor class.

: C Sadly it means this.

Hey, that’s me.

Lol I just wanted to link the thread.

tbh I only ever found it in the dressing room on wowhead. Was it originally a search result on wowhead PTR? I outlined this on my original forum post that I made when the season was announced.

Take note of the replies with people liking the original illusion. It has changed since then.

Guess nobody took a screenshot of the first version, /sadface.
