:roll_eyes: I’m the one whining? Your reply is nothing but whining because you want to the event to go back to the unplayable state it was in when it first came out. Yes, it’s Blizzards property and they’re doing what they feel is best for the game, which is nerfing the pre-patch event. Don’t like it? Don’t play. :rofl:

Yup grade A troll, complete with emojis - you and your type are the loudest not the majority, and by whining until they nerfed the patch you are forcing other people to play it your way not only that, you are misrepresenting the majority by crying louder than the people who like it. I have a laundry list of things I’d like changed about the game but you won’t hear me posting about or baiting other people on the forums to react - pathetic

Look at this point they might as well have announced an entirely different event.

I had fun the first time around, but I also didn’t really get bothered by having my time wasted a little bit because it’s a video game.

But if they’re tying cosmetic rewards to this and then neutering it, they might as well have something else to do.

Sorry you can’t put up with going to Silvermoon instead of Org for a week or two.

It’s funny you say that because silvermoon is 100% plague free. Kinda makes you wonder how soft people are to not visit other damn cities.

Not a mean spirited thread. Blizzard did the right thing in nerfing this event. it was getting out of control.

I can’t say I feel sorry for anyone that mourns the death of the more toxic elements of that event. I would have primarily settled for just having PC Ghouls unable to attack non-WM PCs but hey, it is what it is. I tried to suggest ‘gentle’ changes, but you lot risked the sledgehammer. Well, there you go.

One player’s fun shouldn’t come at the expense of another though. Good on Blizz for this.

It also makes sense lore-wise. No one’s been amplifying the Scourge for years now, and the Northrend undead have been left to rot by and large. So of course these level 80 equivalents are gonna run up against 120s and 120-elite equivalents and get rolled over. We’ve pretty much had the Scourge solved since we toppled Arthas in the first place.

The zombies getting pancaked is just a result of Azeroth growing stronger as a whole thanks to the heroes within. Mindless zombies don’t get stronger with age, they just wither.
