I would not be surprised if it turned out shop sales are highest during extended maints.
Weāre already paying for a game we canāt even play during these endless maintenance windows, and now youāre trying to get more money out of us with extra services or microtransactions? Seriously, get out of here with that. Weāre frustrated enough waiting for the servers to come back up; the last thing we need is to feel like weāre being nickel-and-dimed.

Have you ever worked in a large corporate office environment? Itās likely these are two entirely separate teams that rarely communicate with one another and have their own goals and deliverables.
Theyāre not going to delay a pre-scheduled sale because thereās extended maintenance, and letās be honest, even if there wasnāt maintenance right now people on the forum would be dooming about something else.
