I dislike their gaming culture. I like the country and its people, but I’ve had really bad gaming experiences with people from there. They refuse to communicate and often troll and throw. It’s not about being xenophobic. That’s just an over exaggeration of the matter. Obviously all nations and people have players that suck or troll, but at least there isn’t an additional language barrier as well. I can’t just ignore my personal experience. It would be illogical

Hello everyone, first I would like to make it clear that we Brazilians speak Portuguese and not Spanish as many of you think, so we do not play on the infamous server ragnaros (Latin American). The Brazilian community has chosen server (PVP) Thalnos and (PVE) Mankrik both horde and alliance players. Why thalnos? The answer is simple, we don’t want to play with big streamers like asmongold, soda and the others (nothing personal) just to not ruin the experience, just like you don’t either. Don’t be discouraged from playing with us at all, the vast majority of Brazilians understand English very well, it is almost the second language we learn, many are fluent, others understand the basics, yet I guarantee most Brazilians are more educated than many out there who are attacking other communities in different regions.
Another point I would like to clarify would be why an eastern server was chosen, the answer is simply because there is no server hosted in Brazil by blizzard, and even if it does, most would rather play with English-speaking people than Other languages and probably this server would not be located in Brazil anyway, not decreasing the ping of the same. Barriers exist to be broken, learning other cultures and making new friends is always welcome.
Also the Brazilian community is offended by several malicious comments, there are troll people everywhere, so if you have no wisdom in what you are saying, keep your mouth shut.
I hope everyone, regardless of race, gender or culture can play and have fun. good classic to all and a hug from our community.

Sibuna do you know if these 3000 players are primarily choosing one faction over the other? If all 3000 players are mostly going horde or alliance then it doesn’t really affect the other faction as theres no communication anyways.
Well looks like I’m avoiding that server like the Black Plague then.
Neither one care about you, or will ever communicate with you. So you have nothing to worry about.
I hope this sever deadlock get wow community attention about blizzard faults to LA and Brazilians players. These players are strong and active community in wow universe. However, we don’t have an allocated wow servers in our territory, consequently we play with higth ping rate. Now in classic, blizzard didn’t even care give us a LA/Brazilian sever. I hope wow community push Blizzard improve treatment to LA/Brazilian wow community.

Ragnaros is not a brazilian server, Azralon is, and in it the population is 95% Horde,
around 19 to 1

Blizzard just needs to cave and give the BR and LA communities their own servers. Even with a smaller pop, they’ll only run into people they can communicate with and vice versa for NA players. This is going to be a mess if they don’t.
After layering is removed and we have a cap of 2500-3000 people, if even just half the server population cannot communicate…sheesh…

LATAM and Brazil on same server
The SA retail server are all ‘’ low pop ‘’ compared to NA, there is not alot of player in SA. Thalnos will be like 5% Brazilian… that nothing + half of them will speak english because of that.
