all horde people responding to these posts, won’t actually talk about the issues tho, its sad they actually like zerging and this server imbalance every honor points i guess.

This is why there are no longer PVP servers in retail and why WM is not liked.
Because constant PVP environments are not fun the majority of the time and it forces PVE players into a setting they won’t enjoy. People roll on PVP because they think they do… but then they find out, they don’t.
Assuming you can reach them…
And then good luck resetting them without dying.

It happens on both factions.
A lot of the servers are imbalanced due to lack of control.
It’s PVP. It’s gonna die down.
This is why you need to join balanced servers such as Sulfuras, Grobbulus, Faerlina, etc. and stay off servers like Heartseeker and Herod. If you’re still getting ganked then you’ll need to get a group together or something. Fight back.

1st, P2 just came out, so everyone’s PvPing, it will calm down.
2nd, it’s world of WARcraft, this is how the games ment to be played, band together and fight for honor. For the next week or two, I’d quest with Guildies, or at least quest in zones where Guildies are present to request backup if needed.
But it will die down once the initial hype is over.
Yep, just like it was 15 years ago. Good thing so many were adamant on no changes, right? It won’t let up with the release of battlegrounds, either. The kind of people who gank low levels aren’t the ones that want an even fight in a battleground.

So, think about it this way. The game is based upon being in a war. In the current state of things, isn’t that just more like…what the game is supposed to be like?
Maybe there’s a completely different way of viewing the game, than killing Gnolls till yer 60 so you can get the best cloths.
Being a Rogue, this is easy for me to say. And I also only played PvE in Vanilla Times. But, just sayin.
The solution is actually pretty simple.
BGs.
The reason this is happening, is that ppl want to get their honor. With BGs out, ganking will become an extremely inefficient way to get it. Simple as that.

it is true. I’ve logged out in BRD. now I wait for groups trying to get to the dungeon for about an hour from the flight path to the portal. it’s the only way to play.
I’m sure blizzard didn’t release honor expecting this. they wanted to reward players for winning pvp matches, not punish players who didn’t reach 60 before honor. I’m sure they didn’t expect 50-60 to be made impossible and to be camped by groups of 60s. They should have expected it, but they didn’t

Yeah I agree. I decided to play on a pvp server. I did in vanilla too, but the difference this time around I think is that wowhead shows that lots of pvp gear is BiS so now everyone has gone insane with getting honor the same way they farm every other resource. Why fight a fair fight if you have a chance of dying and get less resource per hour?
Which makes you much worse than anyone complaining.
Why do people keep saying this? Lore-wise, there is a ceasefire between the Alliance and the Horde. Realistically, they wouldn’t be going at each other in this fashion.
