Reducing the layers this early in the expansion was a mistake. questing is now impossible.
Revert the layering changes or start hyperspawning literally everything. Mobs, nodes, etc.
Because at this rate people will leave, can’t really play the game outside of an instance, and the raid isn’t out yet.

Im at work. But i heard everything is one layer atm. Was like 6-7 on mankrik before. Probably just an error but with blizzard you never know
I don’t think you understand how layers work. They are dynamic. They spin up automatically when the population gets to a certain level.
The servers restarted not long ago and are probably building pop right now and new layers will spin up when required.
Did they change it? Maladath had 5 after the restart.
I literally just explained it. They are dynamic. If they are needed they are spun up. If they aren’t needed they go away.
No one is physically changing them.

Do you have a source for that? I have not been able to find one. Blizzard is one record back during early Classic saying that they do manually adjust layers. I haven’t found anything from them saying they were made dynamic.
