Same issue. Tazavesh campaign quests, went to loot, couldn’t leave loot. Did a full reboot and repair, still staring at retrieving character list 10min later.
Same issue as whatever happened on their end in April Stuck on "Retrieving character list" & seeing Character Not Found - 4/22
