Retcon Calia, reverse Lightforged nonsense

I agree, I don’t like forsaken and DO NOT want zombies on the alliance side.

You are free to learn about the game’s story or read earlier replies with your same question.

Just curious, why do you want her as Queen of Lordaeron and the Forsaken? Do you have or play any Forsaken characters? Because she seems like a pretty unpopular choice for a number of reasons even for most people who don’t like Sylvanas.

Well, how important is she in the lore compared to Nathanos?

A bit late on that friend, Death Knights exist.

We have no idea. The woman could be a slave to the Naaru for all we know.

Why what did we ever do to you?

The “Muwahaha! Let’s EXPERIMENT ON THE LIVING! Muwahahaha!” school of Forsaken identity got a free pass after the Wrathgate. And after Gilneas. But now, they are done.

I don’t think they can be allowed to continue that path, by the Horde or the Alliance. They have made it plain that, under that agenda, they will have no peace with the living.

Restoring the royal house of Lordaeron is a good first step toward restoring the identity of Lordaeron’s (undead) people. It’s a trade-off. She won’t take them to the Horde, and we won’t kill them all.

Death knights keep the visual appearances thought of their living self, minus cool blue eyes that are an improvement. Forsaken…are literal zombies walking around. Even worse with light infused tattoos on them.

Rhonin was the self insert. The former leader of the Kirin Tor, one of the most important Alliance characters during the 2nd War. Major factor in Northrend. Sacrificed himself at Theramore. The self insert writer just wanted a trophy wife, and made up Vereesa on the spot.

I would say Rhonin is more important in the Lore than Nathanos has ever come close to.

They are straight up zombies.

Only because Undead are usually raised by death/shadow magics.
Calia was raised by the Light, so there isn’t a clash of magic schools there.

Man, calia’s new model sure has ushered in a new era of salt mining.

Why should the royal house be restored?

In their greatest time of need, the royal house abandoned the people.

But again, why would she have any business being any type of undead if shadow or death magic was not involved?

Your gonna love your new warchief aren’t ya.

Dude. So much salt and overreaction on a unknown entity.

Oh, yeah, unknown. Look, I get the fear the unknown thing, but we know by who she is, what she is, what she’s going to be up to. It’s an easy guess, the hard guess is the specifics. However, I’m willing to draw the line at the easy guess, where any involvement at all is bad involvement.

TBH … the only thing I’m worried about with her is what that means for the territories of the World if she does get her own little Calia-Brand Undead AR.

If they actually become a thing, I would not doubt that the Forsaken Elf AR is in the works (and those should use the Nightfallen Rigs btw) … and if both of those happen … it would mean rather severe things for the composition of EK and Kalimdor. The “Mostly” Red Kalimdor and “Mostly” Blue EK might not be such a far fetched concept.

Im fully prepared for her to go on a Light Crusade with Yrel.

I prefer zombies that are true zombies, not sentient revived zombies. By that I mean, mindless aggressive hordes of zombies like Walking Dead or Dead Rising.
