Did anyone in any of these posts remember that Calia is the heir to the throne? Just asking.
Why not? “Demon” is just a group name for a literal legion of beings from innumerable worlds. We’ve already seen plenty of them that aren’t imbued with fel. And there’s a lot of different types of magic in this universe that can affect creatures in all sorts of different ways (just look at how susceptible to magic the elves are).
Lothraxion is supposed to raise questions regarding how he came to be when you first encounter him. But then they later showed exactly how he happened when Xe’ra tried to cleanse Illidan.

Mal’valen would actually reconsider returning to the Forsaken if Calia became queen again. (He won’t go back, ultimately, but he’d definitely think about it pretty hard.)
they retconned your entire race so your corruption could be removed and you could enjoy some golden eyes. (Lets not forget that after all those years without using fel magic, orcs are still borning with green skin)
But if the same thing happen to some undead is absurd.
Well, that would wind up an Alliance race I imagine. I can’t even begin to imagine the forum conflagrations if that happened. At least one megathread would look like

There is nothing wrong with it or lore breaking. Light based undead are not a new thing, they’ve been in D&D for years.
Edit: As a lover of undead since I got into D&D 30+ years ago, I love it and hope the light undead are a new allied race.

To my knowledge, there’s a data mined character model and an excerpt about Calia’s resurrection, and that’s it. So the leap to Calia being a lightforged undead set on usurping Sylvanas for control of Lordaeron seems rather extreme.

Also, why are people assuming she’s going to be Horde? Assuming the Horde as we know it, are still around, there’s no reasons to assume there won’t be a alliance contingent of undead. Or even a neutral one.

Yeah, that’s what I was saying? I was responding that the HORDE does NOT WANT HER. Why would you presume that I would suggest otherwise with everything else I’ve commented on this thread?
EDIT: Also, yes, an Undead Alliance AR is the most likely outcome for Calia.
I’m say who is this “we” that doesn’t want her? I want her. That would be a huge political get for the Horde, plus it wouldn’t be Sylvanas.
The other part was more of a general comment to peole saying that she was already slated to be Horde.
