how many defensives rogue have, and mages, they both of huge burst too. Blizz is touching ret because there are a huge number of players playing the spec, someone sit behind a computer screen and look at the spread sheet and made the decision to nerf the spec instead of making it more difficult to play, because it is simply too much work.
Ret are still king by far in term of survivability and their offhealing has been massive for M+.

Just because there is no reason to bring some of other specs, lets do the same thing to ret? Is that your argument?

Why would Ret be the only one on the list I posted be “killed”?
Because our aura is just taken away and not any of other classes you mentioned? There is no reason to bring a ret into a raid.
There is not “more” reason to bring a ret or paladin vs other classes if you already got one of each.
But some classes are stackable and paladins are not, our utilities all give the same debuff so the 2nd paladin can’t use it again on the same target. Making all other classes non stackable then it is balanced.

Because bop is an immunity. Different tools work differently.
The same way you have a choice to bring a 2nd rogue, you can bring the same way a 2nd pally.

LOH gives the same debuff, two paladins in the same team is just bad, most of our CDs cant be used as long as the debuff exsit, meanwhile two priests can PI one after another, balance it. They have been meta for way too long, along with aug and fire mages, balance required please.

When you say “still continue to be meta” you don’t know what next expansion will look like.
Shadowpriest had PI in S3 was still bottom. It’s just a tuning issue.

You still have Devo just like WW still has Mystic Touch and Feral still has Mark.
Again what reason is there to bring a WW, Feral, Havoc, Unholy/Frost over their Tank and/or Healer specs?

Oh they got brough down in S3 and mass dispel nerf hit them hard. S4 tuning was just terrible and you can see stuff like the veng dh nerf on beta.

I think shadow’s issue was the tier set, S4 they got their tier back.

They basicly removed most dps nerfs they did in S3 in S4 while not removing the compensations they gave them in S3. So mistakes were made and they don’t care about S4 so that’s what we got.
