A feeble attempt to damage control.
At least I had an excuse for my fumble.
Yes you did indeed.
its hard to judge the effect of GDKP bans. What was more effective was the steps they took to curb botting.
However incursions and the choice to not change them to dailies flooded the servers with gold.
Refreshing to see a reasonable opinion. Thanks for this!
Portland tried that approach with drug use. Look at how that turned out.
Not everyone wants casinos, brothels, and methadone clinics in their community. GDKP is degenerate and blizzard is right to ban it.
I meanâŚwhat else can you say.
The color of your text doesnt give you the right to make up facts.
Fact check confirmed
Yumuros you may proceed.
How did you get on the community council presenting your opinions as facts and acting like you are an authority figure on the forums?
Thats worth a report right there.
Why are you so offended by other opinions about the topic ? There is no reason to get personal here, and it doesnât bring the discussion forward.
Secondly, if you may look, what the CC is for - it is to present my own opinion (which I would also do if my next was white). For me, it is clearly tied to those reason I named there and not the GDKP Ban. You can disagree and agree as you wish. I also didnât name it a fact (as I pointed out, it isnât backed by data).
What I called a fact and that is actually easy to track is the pricing of consumables and other materials going down after the announcement.
As others pointed out here also the non-swift move on Incursion might cause gold to be still an issue despite the ban. The initial act on the ban however achieved something in my PoV.
I agree with your post and Iâm curious to see how changing incursions to dailies in phase 4 will affect AH prices. Iâm confident the change to incursions, along with the continued gdkp ban, will be a net positive.
Thatâs oddly phrased. I can also say that itâs a fact that the prices of some items and mats went up after the announcement too. Neither of us can say that these price changes are a direct result of the GDKP ban though, how strange.
Where are you getting this from? Quote me if you think you have anything to stand on here.
Cool, then why dont you stick to opinions instead of stating them as fact?
Is that a fact?
Oh, thatâs right it isnt.
See the problem? Your personal experience does not equate to facts, and you representing them as such with a community council tag is inappropriate. On top of that, youâre here with a snarky attitude acting like you have some kind of authority. So I reported you. Thats not me making it âpersonalâ or being offended by other viewpoints.
So the price of a p1 reagent dropping toward the end of p1 means the GDKP ban is a success and the economy is improving?
How about the price of BoEs in phase 2? 3000g per item all good with you and evidence of a healthy economy free from RMT and bots? GDKP ban successful enough?
SoD is the only version of WoW with no token, lot of opportunity to sell gold.
âŚbut GDKP is banned
Commence freak out.
We get it Bergy.
You are way more patient with your responses than I can be. I have to regularly avoid reading these forums.
Tell me you dont know how supply and demand work without telling me.
Itâs easier to just say youâre out of arguments and are utterly defeated.
no its tied to 20 mans killing the raiding pug scene. dads donât have time to wait for an hour for a group to fill.
Organized gdkps are much easier for scheduling.
You can typically see runs for a full week and sign up based on your schedule, which is why its the best pug system.
If youre also on a discord the players doing these runs are much better than your trade chat players.
