There are a number of threads in the General Discussion forum if you wish to provide your feedback so our Game Developers can see it. Or if none are active you may create your own.

Customer Support has zero involvement in the development and implementation of the game or related systems.

As Perl noted, any feedback you may have is best directed to the Community forums, General Discussion by default.

You may also submit feedback through the Submit a Suggestion option found through the in-game interface.

Though I can appreciate the confusion, Playinghooky, feedback about items and items names would be best directed towards our Game Developers. Customer Support has no input on the design and details on game content.

You can post in one of the Community Forums (General Discussion for something like this) or by submitting a suggestion through the option in-game found in the Support menu.
