Removing bonus rolls is a good thing

1 less item in general.

Currently in M+ regardless of whether you time a run or not, you get 2 items, with an additional item being granted when you time a run.

In Shadowlands, you will only get 1 item if you time a run or not, instead of 2. However the additional item from timing the run is still granted to you, so you’ll get 2 items if you time a run, 1 item if you don’t.

honestly id rather see the re add a “Badges of Justice/Valor” Vendors and you get said badges 1x Diffculty. per boss kill a day /week / Whatever and let you buy the exact slotted piece you need… and they can expand apon the Titan res Vendor type items where its a Slot and then it random generates stats.

i much prefer the Working towards a Exact award over “roll the dice”. and cost could/should be high enough so people can get enough badges for 1 slot per week. idk

I’m not a huge fan of lootcrates and would prefer bosses just drop gear like a normal RPG.

I’m fine with bonus rolls being removed and I wish the great vault was removed as well.

I thought it was 3/7/10 kills for the raid loot or did it change recently?

If the loot system next patch is well designed, I am fine with them removing bonus rolls. Nothing is worse than spending your bonus rolls to see artifact power show up and your face just implodes on itself.

So… classic? Guess it’s time for me to find a new game. GL all.

Stupid idea.

Now we have to fight even more over the scraps of loot will get.

Making retail more like Classic? Very dicey decision.

I love how people type up these potentially inflammatory post titles and only say “change my mind” or “prove me wrong” because they can’t be bothered voicing an opinion of their own (or just don’t have one and want to cause a ruckus).

But I will say this - had it not been for the bonus rolls when I was farming the Sha, I would have had to try hundreds of more times to get the mount (and I actually got it on a bonus roll). So yeah - no, can’t convince me on that one.

WoD 2.0 incoming. I look forward to your #clickbaitpost about WoD 2.0 having no players.

I’ll be back for Legion 2.0.

No, I think you’re right.

Unfortunately some of us are more interested in trying to get Blizzard to change the game for the better rather than give up.

I respect your position though. God speed Daark, god speed.

How? Bonus roll tokens take some effort. You are limited in how many you can carry, and they have piss-poor % chance. At least for me. I think removing them is a terrible idea. Let’s just stack more grind on…

Your idea of making the game better is to browbeat them into giving us WoD again? Weird plan.

This is a nerf to tmog farming and you can’t change my mind.

Blizz hates us.

That’s okay, I’m sure you can start a hashtag movement that gets the attention of Ion yourself.

God speed!

Or classic-Cata when it comes to seals and classic-WoD when it comes to a weekly chest?

You like to chant “raid or die” for WoD despite its PvE gearing being relatively the same as classic-MoP which had many great expansions.

WoD sucked on its own because it’s “world content” was 1 fill the bar daily and some pure mob grind reps with 0 story.

Or having raid gear as a reward for a follower mission.

Or gutting all gathering professions by giving everyone free herbs and ore.

Not because it kept the same PvE gearing theme of previous 10 years while also arguably having the best PvP gearing system ever.

I agree with my stabbing brother.
