Remove Twinking

XP on and XP off queues were first split in the original WotLK which I guess can be considered retail, but many horrific permutations have happened to the game since then to give us what we call “retail”

Separate que existed. Not sure when it started.

Even with 5-6 people mid against a twink hunter two shotting everyone, there is no overcoming that. One healer healing that person and you lose. Then they proceed to run directly at graveyard camping you.

I see no problem with twinking if you gained experience.
I believe it went like this after the seperate ques:
Level 10: turn off xp, get best items for that level, turn xp on.
Gain enough experience from BGs to hit lvl 11. Turn xp off. Get best level 11 items.
Turn xp on and start queing. This I am okay with. But to permanently turn xp off just to farm low level BGs is ridiculous.

im not even a twink nor have i ever played one and i honestly could not careless about twinks existing in the world. it’s a small community that’s cool. let it be.

You thunk the twinks won have on heirlooms with enchants? Lol

Aren’t heirlooms limited to vanilla classic-era enchants only?

I don’t see twinks using heirlooms just for that purpose only, unless there is the odd one or two that don’t require enchants.

If it was so skill intensive, why is ‘twinking’ out a character all about gear? Counter productive to your point, isn’t it. Don’t forget twinks now leveling professions way higher to get lifeblood and whatever else. more about certain specs being dominant because they have a certain skill/toolkit/scaling better at certain level brackets, lol. Twinking will never be about ‘skill’, sorry to say.

the gear has a ceiling, and if everyone has teh best gear there is nothing else to play for but the win

You mean like arena gear, or pre-season honor gear which doesn’t take as long to get as twinking a character? I’m aware. It’s all about gold and getting enough runs/RNG for getting certain items for twinks, doing quests with the help of someone else, etc, farming reps and professions via others, too.

no because the bar keeps being raised and everyone is always in varying levels of gear. That and the fact that in max lvl BG’s not everyones goals are the same some people just want to do the least amount of effort possible, some dont care about objectives rearely does anyone work as a team outside of premades

Only once per season, and you all start at the same levels of gear.

That applies to low level BGs too, imagine that.

it doesnt apply to low lvl bgs if XP off had its own queue

and max level pvp gear always ranges from greens to max pvp gear no matter what season

dont argue w/ pawzer it’s not worth it just a heads up to anyone who doesn’t know

Still would, if you’ve seen people exploiting it in retail. I don’t think twinking should be a thing, it ruins low level bgs.

Could say the same thing about you, and telling other people to do stuff like that - you should probably read into the forum CoC.

well I hate endgame pvp because I like to play to win. the times I have played a twink xp off only was the most fun I ever had pvping

Low level BG’s barely pop in retail. The queues are very long. Blizzard has recently stated there aren’t enough levelers to support consistent pops. The science is settled.

It’ll be okay friend, I promise.

They pop a lot in retail, actually. Though they’re now longer because people got tired of twinks in xp-on bgs ruining everything.

Blizzard also said scaling is a good way to go about things, and they continuously say and word things for each expansion launch to make it sound like the game has the most amount of players ever.

Feel free to publish the science, then.

Sure thing, enjoy the name changes for your alts I guess.

i dont even log into any of my alts wat do u mean

they’re chillin

actually i dont even think i’ve posted a single time on the forums on any other character but this one

I mean blizzard has the numbers and they disagree with you

Feel free to publish your made up statistics based on your feelings though.
