Remove titanforging

Question,on the subject, can mythic dungeons be farmed now?

I’m surprised that no one else has mentioned this, but I’ll give it a shot. Anyone remember when LFR came out and raiders raised a similar-sounding issue? That people who, quote, “Didn’t deserve gear” were getting some? Same argument, the goal posts have just moved. It’s almost as if the root problem people have is that people who don’t raid/pvp are stepping on the toes of those that do, and they don’t like it one bit. Come on, let’s at least try to be honest with one another and lay all our cards on the table.

Did u mean “Remove the ilvl cap on titanforging”? If yes, then I agree, I want 440 LFR azerite gear.

How can i be leet if you have the same gear as me

Sounds like Johnny Awesome is posting on his alt

I remember ,in wotlk same thing happen and has been that way ever since.

WoD was massively raid or die.

And that’s how it works 9 times out of 10. This is like Bill Gates saying that someone who won the Powerball devalues his worth as a billionaire.

And warfronts are on a roughly one month timer, so the people doing harder content will be showered with many pieces of heroic raid gear. I hate this laser focus on individual pieces of gear instead of looking at the average item level, which is all that really matters.

My concern: It doesn’t help the social aspect of the game when everything can be soloed to obtain such rewards. It’s an MMO, why make everything easy? You can play any class and solo “group” quests. It also mixes the entitlement attitude with the elitist attitude, that both casuals and hardcore players alike, absolutely detest.

We still need gems and enchants.

Have a guy on my main’s server who still does that with all his PvP mounts and titles.

Not to the extent we did - used to have three gems sockets on most of the gear, now gem sockets are few and far between. I don’t think that improved the game.

you get bfa

In this digital age where an increasing number of people have experienced some sort of instant gratification (almost everything is at the tip of your fingertips), the idea of grinding in MMOs is fast becoming a romantic novelty.

Also, it is not always just about the social aspect in group vs solo content. There is an element of time to consider as well. I am pretty sure that people want to solo wherever possible because it is faster, not because they hate other human beings.

I think OP would be completely justified in unsubbing until WF and TFing are removed.

Yeah i agree you would think after a few years they would know by now forges aren’t going away anytime soon.

yeah, I hate this cracker jack box lottery crap in this game.
Give me small increments that I NEED instead of 1000 that I dont until that +100 ilvl jackpot once a flipping month.
The whole system is a joke and needs to be reworked from the ground up.

We shouldn’t, but you’re basically saying, that because this one little thing that almost never happens isn’t right, we should burn the entire system. Anarchy isn’t worth it buddy.

Please show me where I said to burn the entire system. My very first post was an idea to tweak WF/TF.

You suggested capping it at 5 ilvls, which is basically meaningless. Heck a socket would almost always be stronger than tforging.

It was one suggestion. Not the end all, be all of ideas.

I think how gear is being handled this xpac is out of hand period. Effort doesn’t = reward. There is no feel of empowerment where there should be a feeling of empowerment at a time one should feel empowered. Things feel blah in the reward area. I wont say its all an issue with WF/TF because that has been around now for some time. I feel there is a compounded issue going on between content and rewards in general. I hold no hope for them to be fixed this xpac though, maybe come the next one.

Sure as long as that gear is only usable in raids and pvp then we have a deal.
