Remove the timegate on the catalyst

Why do you need myth track tier suddenly? I thought you just wanted tier? How many times are you going to move the goal post just so I can prep myself

Yea but you need to balance rewards with the content you engage with. Why would you get tier outside of raid at the ssme rate as someone raiding every week? Time investment and rewards dont match

You want your participation trophy to include mythic raid drops? Normal dungeons don’t drop mythic+ gear either. Where’s your outrage?

there are three pillars of the end-game, right?

  1. mythic plus
  2. pvp
  3. raiding

ion hazzicostas confirmed this.

why should one pillar be disproportionately rewarded via tier drops when the other two are not?

We actually has a mage in my guild that got his 4 piece by Thursday. He got lucky with a Warbound Until Equipped drop though.

To be fair, tiersets can both range from a meager 2-5%% boost, or a massive change that fundametally changes how your spec plays, usually for the better in all manners of content.

A good example is Pres Evoker 4pc from Df season 2. Having a hot attatched to one of your primary cds ontop of class resource regeneration is like night and day for pushing higher keys while ilvl is still low.

Not having it early as I could during that seasoned sucked as I didn’t raid much, trying to pug higher than LFR is like pulling teeth. So for someone like myself who does do keys, but doesn’t raid makes being at the mercy of vault rng, LFR, and catalyst feel very bad.

yes, it does… it feels very bad.

Because one takes considerably more time and requires interaction and group play with other 20 something individuals. They are not the same

Pvpers are not getting tier on week one we will have to wait till week 4 because there is no vault in pvp. See the differences?

no it does not

i really thought they’d do that, i dont see any reason for the console to not be unleashed. it’s a great way to get transmog, the real endgame currency that people actually want.

they gotta move away from this idea that tier sets are only from and for raiders when every player at all levels wants them for the content they enjoy because they’re good for all content.

The same reason I can’t get the best Arena pvp gear or mythic+ trinkets from raids. I sometimes queue for BGs. By your logic, I should be given the option of getting Arena rewards from raid bosses.

but you do know that pvp tier has the same stats and same bonuses are pve tier pieces, right?

so if a person gets full myth track tier next week, upgrades them to 639, then they basically have their pvp tier 4 set and are at a MASSIVE advantage.

people should not receive an advantage for pvp from doing pve content, nope.

Then just do it. I engage in zero ove and can see why raiding gets rewards a little bit earlier than other content. Im sure you can do just fine waiting a month max for full tier

yeah but raiding is not fun for me… why would i spend my free time on my hobby doing something that i thoroughly dislike?

Only people getting it week one are exploiting or doing massive amounts of split runs or lucky

It is not the norm

I got 3 pieces atm

I feel like the reason for the restriction is pointless…

It was put in to stop method but they instantly bypassed it via splits. Now it seems to exist solely to annoy people doing pvp and pve at the high end.

yes i would agree.

Well then you wait a little more for tier. Raiding is the highlight of wows pve. If you want the raiding rewards or perks then you do raids if you dont enjoy raids I am 1000% sure that wont stop you from getting your achievs or keys pushed. You will be fine

supposedly, over the weekend the raid was bugged and players were hardcore exploiting it. players were going in there and killing the bosses over and over and over and over and over and getting loot each and every kill.

still waiting to hear an offical response from blizzard on twitter or here or wowhead.
