mythic raiding - most higher end guilds have four day a week schedules.

You are a level 55 character with a hidden profile. You weren’t going to be mythic raiding anyway

The problem is you fundamentally misunderstand Blizzards game design philosophy. It’s not about respecting the player’s time, it’s not about creating unique and fun experiences. It’s about Time Spent, Daily Active users and Whale Spenders. Butts in seats design philosophy. RNG is intentionally part of the system because it artificially inflates game time because anyone who cares for any kind of progression has to keep doing the same content regardless of their enjoyment to see progression. One might argue, if you don’t like it don’t do it and that’s fair if it didn’t lack nuance. Most people who play, play with friends, family etc, love many other aspects of the game but despise this grossly artificial mechanic. It won’t change unfortunately because Blizzard has a fiduciary duty to it’s shareholders and not to its player base.
So you are lazy is what you are saying and you want everything for no effort all. Got it.

most raiding guilds never change their days between tiers (even between expansions)…
people who want to raid consistently usually stay in the same guild; thus, they dedicate the same three days a week for years on end (because they are raiding with the same guild who doesn’t change their raid days between seasons or expansions)…

Daaaang I killed 3 LFR bosses, 8 normal bosses, and 5 heroic bosses and have 0 tier.

Why is your normal raiding guild doing 3 days a week?
yes you need mythic raid to get myth track tier… the other tracks are useless.
So… Raiders cannot get full tier week one then. Since they cannot get any myth track pieces whatsoever week one.
If you want full tier week one then do the raid?
