Here’s the official Blizzard response. The ban was a GM implemented punishment. NOT AUTOMATIC. BLIZZARD REVIEWED THE REPORTS AND TOOK ACTION THEY DEEMED APPROPRIATE. HE DIDNT GET AUTO BANNED

No email. I checked spam as well. I would have expected a notice of it as well.
I am very supportive of this kind of thing. A human reviewed it and dished out an appropriate punishment. I just argue against auto punishment.
Right. And this specific event is the most commonly used example of “auto punishment”. And it’s literally on the guys own Twitter feed that it wasn’t automatic. People are either trolls or dense. You cannot get a ban without a gm reviewing it. This system has been in place for years. It will be okay.

Back on the old forums, and the battlegroup forums some serious smack was laid, call outs, insults moma jokes the works.
And maybe once every few months somone would report a post, mostly tho everyone was just ok with it.

I give it three days tops before this thread is buried. A new RCR thread is created, and another group of people claims that Savix was auto-banned due to right click reports.

Savic is the now an infamous statistic of being banned claiming it was abuse of right click report but turns out he was win trading. Same ol story we keep hearing. “I dint dew nuffin wrong”. Then the other side is told and it’s not even close. Lol.

Make sure you abuse it so blizz realizes it’s bad even though they spelled it out in plain english: Don’t abuse right click report. Hopefully all who do are banned. Like that Qvc kid from OW.
It’s really simple. Don’t be act a fool and don’t abuse the tool.
Now I know some folks had to wait for their streamer overlord to stage a video so they could see it in action but the rest if us know better. Also we read and understood the policy.
